The Proof Is In: The US Government Is The Most Complete Criminal Organization In Human History
Unique among the countries on earth, the US government insists that its laws and dictates take precedence over the sovereignty of nations. Washington asserts the power of US courts over foreign nationals and claims extra-territorial jurisdiction of US courts over foreign activities of which Washington or American interest groups disapprove. Perhaps the worst results of Washington’s disregard for the sovereignty of countries is the power Washington has exercised over foreign nationals solely on the basis of terrorism charges devoid of any evidence.
Consider a few examples...
Washington first forced the Swiss government to violate its own banking laws. Then Washington forced Switzerland to repeal its bank secrecy laws. Allegedly, Switzerland is a democracy, but the country’s laws are determined in Washington by people not elected by the Swiss to represent them.
Consider the “soccer scandal” that Washington concocted, apparently for the purpose of embarrassing Russia. The soccer organization’s home is Switzerland, but this did not stop Washington from sending FBI agents into Switzerland to arrest Swiss citizens. Try to imagine Switzerland sending Swiss federal agents into the US to arrest Americans.
Consider the $9 billion fine that Washington imposed on a French bank for failure to fully comply with Washington’s sanctions against Iran. This assertion of Washington’s control over a foreign financial institution is even more audaciously illegal in view of the fact that the sanctions Washington imposed on Iran and requires other sovereign countries to obey are themselves strictly illegal. Indeed, in this case we have a case of triple illegality as the sanctions were imposed on the basis of concocted and fabricated charges that were lies.
Or consider that Washington asserted its authority over the contract between a French shipbuilder and the Russian government and forced the French company to violate a contract at the expense of billions of dollars to the French company and a large number of jobs to the French economy. This was a part of Washington teaching the Russians a lesson for not following Washington’s orders in Crimea.
Try to imagine a world in which every country asserted the extra-territoriality of its law. The planet would be in permanent chaos with world GDP expended in legal and military battles.
Neoconned Washington claims that as History chose America to exercise its hegemony over the world, no other law is relevant. Only Washington’s will counts. Law itself is not even needed as Washington often substitutes orders for laws as when Richard Armitage, Deputy Secretary of State (an unelected position) told the President of Pakistan to do as he is told or “we will bomb you into the stone age.”
Try to imagine the Presidents of Russia or China giving such an order to a sovereign nation.
In fact, Washington did bomb large areas of Pakistan, murdering thousands of women, children, and village elders. Washington’s justification was the assertion of the extra-territoriality of US military actions in other countries with which Washington is not at war.
As horrendous as all of this is, the worst of Washington’s crimes against other peoples is when Washington kidnaps citizens of other countries and renditions them to Guantanamo in Cuba or to secret dungeons in criminal states such as Egypt and Poland to be held and tortured in violation both of US law and international law. These egregious crimes prove beyond any doubt that the US government is the worst criminal enterprise that has ever existed on Earth.
When the criminal neoconservative George W. Bush regime launched its illegal invasion of Afghanistan, the criminal regime in Washington desperately needed “terrorists” in order to provide a justification for an illegal invasion that constitutes a war crime under international law. However, there were not any terrorists. So Washington dropped leaflets over warlord territories offering thousands in dollars in bounty money for “terrorists.” The warlords responded to the opportunity and captured every unprotected person and sold them to the Americans for the bounty.
The only evidence that the “terrorists” were terrorists is that the innocent people were sold to the Americans by warlords as “terrorists.”
Yesterday Fayez Mohammed Ahmed Al-Kandari was released after 14 years of torture by “freedom and democracy America.” The United States military officer, Col. Barry Wingard, who represented Al-Kandari said that “there simply is no evidence other than he is a Muslim in Afghanistan at the wrong time, other than double and triple hearsay statements, something I have never seen as justification for incarceration.” Much less, said Col. Wingard, was there cause for a litany of multi-year torture in an effort to force a confession to the alleged offenses.

My comments:
The problem is that neither Russia nor China has a ruling élite (with a political agenda) that stretches across all fields in the society that generate power, such as media, big business, lobbyists, think tanks and politicians. Big business in Russia seems to be about the same as under the Yeltsin era. Big business in China has no political agenda (except perhaps good relations with the current party bosses). There is no Russian or Chinese strategy for gaining influence in other strategy. If that had been the case we would already have seen new investors in Western media. Some new technical devices would also have been launched.
I suspect that both Russia and China eventually will pay for their reluctance to interfere in Western politics. And for not trying to build a sustainable structure in media, big business and politics in their own countries. I don´t see why Russia shouldn´t get neocon rule again when Putin disappears.
They seem to think that “if we mind our own business they will leave us alone” or at least not act more aggressively. That is probably a mistake.
Russian or Chinese influence in Western politics would in some respects be very similar to the current “neoconservative” influence over Europe and North America. It would mean that an unelected élite would try to rule our societies. But if the Russians and Chinese also would try to grab power in our societies the electorate would have a choice: Do we want to be ruled by the neocons (and similar people), the Russians or the Chinese? Now there is only one realistic choice: The neocons. The only country within the EU which perhaps doesn´t have neocon rule, or something very similar to that, is Hungary.

Russians and Chinese seem to be more inclined to send military aircraft to Syria and to build artificial islands for military aircraft in the South China sea than to interfere in European and North American politics by letting their proxies invest in Western media. The latter option seems to be considered as more dangerous.
I wonder whether domestic, European and North American billionaires who are not neocons themselves feel the same? Or are they too clueless as regards politics?

But to the average media consumer in Sweden American military actions in Syria may stand out as more legitimate than the Russian equivalents. (Perhaps Donald Trump´s stance on Russia and Syria has changed how American media consumers feel as regards this topic. Opinion leaders may change people´s attitudes. But in the long run people´s attitudes and perspective on reality are generally shaped by the owners of the big media.)

The average media consumer views American Military actions in Syria as more legitimate than Russia. Because our media does not question the propaganda that is handed to them to report as news.

While Roberts is correct that "The US Government Is The Most Complete Criminal Organization In Human History," I have yet to be able to think of any practical ways to either prevent or prepare for those social facts from continuing to still get worse, faster, for the foreseeable future. In my view, almost nobody is enough of a "conspiracy theorist," in order to be able to fully comprehend the degree to which:

To think much more seriously about what Roberts has outlined leads one to contemplate the esstential problems regarding how to operate the human murder systems after the development of weapons of mass destruction. The currently established systems are based upon the ruling classes becoming increasingly psychotic psychopaths, while those they rule over become increasingly impotent, incompetent political idiots. There is almost nothing but a core of organized crime, (mainly bankster controlled governments) surrounded by layers of controlled opposition groups (which includes Paul Craig Roberts, by default.)
The essential problems are that natural selection drove the development of human intelligence, which was primarily applied to the most important selection pressures, which were other groups of human beings, which resulted in the history of successful warfare based upon backing up deceits with destruction, morphing to become successful finance based upon enforcing frauds.
The issues that face civilization are that the existing social pyramid systems are the result of thousands of years of criminal conspiracies to back up lies with violence, selecting for those who were the best at doing that to become the ruling classes. In the USA today, that has primarily become the so-called "NeoConservatives." Meanwhile, there is almost nothing which is publicly significant that offers practical ways to operate better human death control systems, since the established systems are based upon a long history of the most successful murder systems being based upon the maximum possible deceits and treacheries, which became the foundation for a political economy based upon the maximum possible enforcement of frauds.
At the present time, it is politically impossible to have any rational public discussions of how to operate better murder systems, in order to back up better monetary systems, due to the degree that the established systems are based upon the maximum possible deceits and frauds, which includes that the only publicly significant public opposition is also controlled to think in the same ways, so that all significant sociopolitical institutions are dominated by the best available professional hypocrites.
People like Roberts provide superficially correct analysis. However, they tend to not go through enough profound paradigm shifts in the ways that they perceive those political problems in order to suggest how to operate better murder systems. Indeed, at the present time, AFTER the development of an abundance of weapons of mass destruction, civilization operating through social pyramid systems based on being able to back up lies with violence has become runaway criminal insanities. Therefore, the underlying situation is orders of magnitude WORSE than the kinds of superficial analysis suggested by someone like Roberts indicates! Similarly, most of those who also superficially begin to understand the degree to which the ruling classes are simply the best organized gangs of criminals (banksters), which have captured control over the biggest forms of organized crime, (governments), tend to still think in the same bullshit ways ...
All of human history has primarily been conspiracies base upon being able to back up deceits with destruction and enforce frauds, BECAUSE there must necessarily exist some death control systems, and natural selection pressures drove those to be most socially successful when done in the most deceitful and treacherous ways. That is the basic political problem which has been magnified many orders of magnitude by progress in physical science, while no similar progress has taken place in political science, due to the degree that civilization operating through the principles and methods of organized crime becomes dominated by the best available professional hypocrites. Therefore, being misanthropic usually tends to not come within light years of being misanthropic enough!

Ah, you're myself, as recently as ten years ago.
I started doubting. People had strong, convincing arguments, backed by links and credible sources. I stayed asleep, though I tossed and rolled. 2008 was an icy bath thrown over my sleeping body. I woke up and started seeking answers for the icy bath. I went to all sorts of sites, even Huffington Post (where I once was one of the top commenters for a while), I had NewsVine to argue on. I read, went to every link provided by damned near anyone.
It got to the point where I was so fully, fucking, awake that I abandoned the tin foil hat and went to an old metal collander (used to be green, but the paint's chipped and it's mostly just aluminum with some green paint in the crevasses). A big blue ribbon tied to each handle is handy to keep it in place. And, due to the holes, it's not as hot and sweaty as the former tin foil.
What I've learned, from that period until now, is that practically EVERY 'conspiracy theory' imagined has borne out as TRUE. Right down to the creation of money and how it influences government.
So I'll continue to wear my sorta' green collander, with the big blue ribbons tied under my chin. I can now hear color, and the hands on my watch no longer twist together (which they actually do).
That sort of thinking goes back a long way, but it is still arrogant.

Obama is said to be lobbying some other heads of state to try to get the job of Secretary General of the UN around the time he leaves office. I say "around the time he leaves office" because the job as head of the UN opens up as of January 1. He is not due to leave the White House until January 20, 2017.
