1. Don't eat Corporate food.
2. Calories from Vegetables first, fat/protein second, carbs last.
3. Walk 30 minutes a day.
You will eventually reach, and stay at, your ideal weight and be in good health.
If you want to build muscle and increase bone density, buy a basic weight set and use it 30 minutes 3 times a week.
If you want rapid weight loss, follow 1 through 3 and keep your calories below 1500 per day…the pounds will melt away.
