6 Years and 7 weeks. I just don't post comments! I have turned 15 or twenty die-hards onto ZH though, and read every day religiously. I actually started when it was just a Blogspot!!
People ought to read Madison's writings, particularly Federalist Paper #46. he makes it abundantly clear that the main concern is not foreign invasion but tyranny emanating from a domestic, centralized government.
Unfortunately, the very thing he thought impossible has happened:

Those two liquor store guys that were shot in Chiraq, the one at Triton didn't even know he was in school. He told his sister Shaliquah that some strange girly_negro called BS down at the bath house told them if they went and asked for FAFSA forms, which he said stood for Feral African Free Shit Army, that he would make them all ten star privates...
Went to get my carry permit few years back (U.S.) and one of the instructors (cop) asked who has a single- action autopistol (me), so I went alone with him to qualify, and the rest went with the other. he figured out quickly I didn't need any extra training ("you could have used two hands, you know"/ first year issue enhanced combat elite .45 ACP). He told me forget all of that "stop and see if he's stopped advancing before you can take an additional shot" B.S. and told me they're instructed to dump the whole clip in the guy until hits the ground.

This is why I have a tendency to defend cops in these shooting situations. I know how I WAS TRAINED, nevermind how they are trained. I was told to keep shooting until you have neutralized the threat, Not more. Sure as shit not less. I think this is what happened in Fergusen and it is so hard to explain to those who have not had the training.
