How timely with the "Powerball numbers" stretched across the main screen with Janet Yellen on the end of it?!!!
I had a discussion about that at dinner with my brother this weekend that they do indeed track all the numbers that are generated for the "big win" with a handful of numbers in reserve that they know won't draw the win just to keep the Jackpot ever bigger for more purchase of tickets...
They will certainly keep doing it until like the markets -they can't anymore!'

if you could just buy a ticket after the drawing was made then you could score. its probably not that hard, the drexel boys fixed a pick six in the breeders cup a few years ago by cracking into the pool at a satellite facility which did not report its pick six wagers until after the fourth race. so they put in their ticket key key key key all all, but the dumb shits put in two identical tickets. they would have gotten away with it but no one else won, if a few other people would have won it would have covered their tracks. so you see if probably not that hard to backdate the ticket and then get that ticket back into the main computer before they start checking. there are probably some instances of tickets being sold and the numbers arent downloaded until after the drawing, ie you buy a ticket at one minute to 7, it might take twenty minutes to upload your numbers. then you have to take in mind the time difference between the close of sales and the actual drawing, but it could probably be done. the first thing to do is approach your local liquor store op and offer them some money to do a sleep over with the machine. anything electronic can be fixed, which brings up the question who is tighter with diebold, Trump or Clinton?

On that last sentence so very true. Not only is there no such thing as "security" when it comes to voting or lottery ticket machine(s)...
There is no such thing as security when integrity is completely absent with your electronic based investments and more importantly your "identity" and Ed Snowden made damn sure you knew that fact before he skipped town!

I think it's so amazing that our Treasury Secretary speaks fluent Mandarin.
Students at Peking University warmly welcomed news that the new Treasury chief in the U.S. had studied Mandarin at their school almost 30 years ago (summer of 1981). They applauded when Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner, who delivered a speech at the school Monday, spoke Mandarin and listened closely as the dean of one of the schools Zhou Qiren, described Geithner’s family as “all the friend to China.” (Not only had Geithner studied in China, but his Dad helped establish the Ford Foundation’s Beijing office years ago.)
