Former Federal Prosecutor Says Hillary Clinton Could Be Indicted Within 60 Days (Or FBI Will Revolt)

The leaking of the Clinton emails has been compared to as the next “Watergate” by former U.S. Attorney Joe DiGenova this week, if current FBI investigations don’t proceed in an appropriate manner. The revelation comes after more emails from Hilary Clinton’s personal email have come to light.

“[The investigation has reached] a critical mass,” DiGenova told radio host Laura Ingraham when discussing the FBI’s still pending investigation. Though Clinton is still yet to be charged with any crime, DiGenova advised on Tuesday that changes may be on the horizon. The mishandling over the classified intelligence may lead to an imminent indictment, with DiGenova suggesting it may come to a head within 60 days.

“I believe that the evidence that the FBI is compiling will be so compelling that, unless [Lynch] agrees to the charges, there will be a massive revolt inside the FBI, which she will not be able to survive as an attorney general,” he said.

"The intelligence community will not stand for that. They will fight for indictment and they are already in the process of gearing themselves to basically revolt if she refuses to bring charges."

The infamous emails documented extrajudicial killings by the U.S. allied rebels, and substantiated motives for warring with Libya as underlined by energy resources, gold, and silver.

One email dated 2011 describes in the strictest confidence “One rebel commander stated that his troops continue to summarily execute all foreign mercenaries captured in the fighting.” It continues to describe the training that some rebels received from the Egyptian Special Forces units, while French Operations troops worked along the Libyan border from Egyptian bases. “These troops are overseeing the transfer of weapons and supplies to the rebels.”

Amnesty International, in 2012, had reported on their discovery of militia (rebel) abuses of civilians and anyone potentially associated with the Gadhafi regime. In a report, it documented torture and abuse of detainees in militia-run facilities: whips, cables, and plastic hoses were used to beat the detainees who were also subjected to electrical shocks.

DiGenova emphasized the seriousness of Clinton’s situation during the interview. “I believe that that charges must be brought by Attorney General Loretta Lynch,” he explained, “[If Lynch chooses not to indict Clinton] It will be like Watergate. It will be unbelievable.”

If she is indicted, its Trump v Sanders.

Let that sink in everyone.

Same here. Maybe people will realize that giving away so many freedoms wasn't such a great idea after all.

Boy, the Obama Presidential Library Fund is really catching fire now!

Hillary will not get to the Democrat Convention. Joe Biden will have to replace her at the last moment (for the good of the Party) without having to campaign. It's the plan to keep Valerie Jarrett in the White House.

Here is a link to the email about Libya.

Here is a link to a story that was written about it on January 7th.

I am fine with Paul, Trump or Cruz any other and I vote Gary Johnson.

Sorry, but I ain't buying it.

I imagine the FBI will do exactly what it is told to do, and file no charges, just like the Five Dancing Israelis.  The, "intelligence community," and the rest of the government employees, will keep collecting their paychecks and looking forward to fat pensions.

Hillary has a vagina, so no jail time for her. The Magic Negro will pardon her, and she'll get to keep the billions in bribes.

I like Joe DiGenova.  Used to hear him when he was a guest on the Chris Plante radio show in DC.  Hope DiGenova is right about this FBI investigation, because I can't stand the venal Clintons and think Hillary Clinton is bad news for America.  But having listened to DiGenova some over the years, I think he tends to overstate things a bit, to predict what he wishes for, and it thus wouldn't surprise me if he is overhyping the strength of the case against Clinton on account of his strong dislike for her.

So, did I read that right? The secretary of state found motivation to war with Libya over barbarous relics?

This is the same FBI behind the Conintelpro Project.

The FBI is a complete joke. The entire point of their agency is to cover things up. They might do some token work dealing with kidnappings and robberies, but talk to any local, county, or state police, and they say the feds always get in the way of their investigations.

The FBI should be abolished. It's a bloated bureaucratic joke.

I would be shocked if they actually did anything to Clinton. I wouldn't keep my hopes up.

Agreed. However, the revolt will come from lower compartment level Agenet who are actually good people trying to do their jobs. They understand at the highest Compartmentalized Levels it's Criminal .

She'll walk. Cites a Criminal System, run by Criminals & owned by Criminals.

Hedgeless - Love your comments but dont agree with you on this one. Sending intelligence out to wage wars then not providing additional support while Hillary cackles as they die doesnt make them happy.

hedgeless_horseman's picture

So, by your logic, if we don't see any action brought against Hillary, then our "intelligence community" is really nothing more than a bunch of "unhappy" bought-off government workers?

Hitlery is another distraction shit show from the bigger pic.

Me thinks the collapse is closer...much closer.

From Jesse's:

From Jim Willie on above:  but it does not include committed reserves toward asset purchases and huge swap contracts
so the flight out of USTBonds is worse than reported

Right. There will be no Watergate because Congress is a political eunuch.

The Washington establishment keeps dripping out all these stories to indirectly torpedo Clinton's campaign. They know her toxicity will kill their other Dem. candidates in the general election. Yet, they cannot indict her for fear she will drag them down, too, think Hussein's birth certificate. I usually agree with Rush Limbaugh, but he's been wrong (intentionally?) about this one from the start. After they faked Bin Laden's death, I wouldn't be surprised if Hussein is forced to fake his own to escape the sh!tstorm that Hildabeast could unleash. Biden for the save, not of the WH, but of the party itself.

Was very happy to Gary Johnson running, he'll get my vote.

greenskeeper carl's picture

yes, the same FBI that released the dancing israelis. I know the obamas and clintons hate each other, but I find it hard to imagine obamas DOJ indicting her. In a true republic with rule of law, it wouldn't matter - she broke the law in a blantant manner and then lied about it, repeatedly, while destroying evidence(which, since her work emails belong to the government, is also destruction of government property). So, she would go to jail. But, we now live in a corrupt banana republic, where the rules only apply to the little people, not the clintons. Who knows, maybe it will look like an indictment is being handed down, and she will drop out for "health reasons" or something like that. But a power hungry monster like her would probably play this out until the end.

This is taking too long, though.  You or i would have been jailed months ago.  The longer it takes the more it looks like it will be a whitewash.

greenskeeper carl's picture

Agreed. They had all the evidence they needed for an indictment months ago. It would have also given the dems more time with biden in the campaign. Ive held that when biden announced he wasn;t running, that the decision had been made inside the obama admin not to bring charges against clinton

FMR Bankster's picture

Possibly. But it's not too late for the Dem's to go a different direction. They jumped behind Hillery because they think she's their best shot. If Sanders beats her in Iowa and NH it will prove (once again) how unpopular she is. Obama wants a Democrat to win if at all possible. He may just give Joe or Elizabeth Warren a heads up that Clinton will be indicted and let it happen. (Let me specify, I mean Hillery on the indictment. When dealing with the Clinton's it could be either one)

daveO's picture

Exactly. Biden was clearly forced to not run. Hussein stood over him to make sure he didn't stray from the script. The WH is totally compromised by Hildabeast.

When enforcement of law itself is make politicize, amen to rule of law. Great Amerikansky Experiment R.I.P., was fun while last, but obviously dark evil personality amid perpetually clueless citizenry prevail over time.

gaoptimize's picture

The "revolution" is already underway in some ways.  Alex Jones says law enforcement is among the most awake segments of the population and he is gaining allies and information sources at an accelerating pace.

SWRichmond's picture

A little bit of hope to keep the revolution from happening right now: "look, citizens, the system is getting ready to actually start functioning!"

Overfed's picture

Yeah. Like the FBI gives a fuck about justice. They give a fuck about their power, their authority, their $100K+ salaries, and their golden pensions that nobody in the private sector will ever get. Justice is not their priority.

obama will just fire everyone at the top just like the clintons did to cover up iran contra and mena murders  ect....

mtl4's picture

This is not about justice, this is a war between elected politicians and the deep state (unelected folks).........yet another step showing that the empire is rotting from within.

DeadFred's picture

The top of the intelligence community is Deep State but there's no way all the minions belong. So who wins the struggle? It seems like the ones who... what was that? A squirrel? Where? Let's go chase it!

Expect a false flag before anything happens.

daveO's picture

Here's one I've been thinking about since Clinton went golfing (begging to) with Hussein on Martha's Vienyard last August. The Clinton's attempt to take Hussein down with them. His assassination is staged just like Bin Laden's. It's blamed on white racists, of course. Biden runs on yet more 'pity'. Moochelle is added to the ticket. The blacks turn out to vote for Biden at least 3 times each. Even if Biden does not win, he saves the party from extinction.

MsCreant's picture

I have no investment in Jones. Meanwhile I saw a thing he did with Farrakhan supporting Trump. Bizarre. It makes Jones seem like a tool for somebody... just sayin'.

froze25's picture

I always thought it showed him as independent. I mean not the Left or the Right mainstream media ever shows Farrakhan in context they always show a clip of something inflaming. But Farrakhan not supporting Clinton is huge because he does have a large following in the non-Muslim black community.

Jones has been exposed multiple times.  If you believe the people outing him.  Controlled opposition at best.

HopefulCynical's picture

Controlled opposition, and pure self-serving self-promotion.

A decade ago, he was on point. Now, he's merely trying to be the Rush Limbaugh of the tinfoil-hat crowd.

The9thDoctor's picture

The people "outing" Alex Jones are usually losers who are envious of his success.

Alex Jones took the patriot movement away from paranoid militia creeps hiding in the woods with cans of beans and an old mosin, and Alex instead has made the movement mainstream.

Of course these losers are envious. They think hiding in the woods with cans of beans will somehow stop the Rothschild agenda, when in reality it plays right into it.

The militia types are fully infiltrated by feds and SPLC, so in reality, they are the "controlled opposition".

I judge a tree by its fruits, and I see Alex as the real deal despite having some flaws. I do see the militia creeps as "controlled opposition".

SWRichmond's picture

I have guessed that roughly one in three attendants at any Tea Party meeting, militia event, etc are "Confidential Informants", most likely the paid variety. I suspect many FBI agents spend most of their time managing their stable of CIs.  Poeple have little understanding of just how cheaply people can be bought, and how many you can buy with unlimited federal (printed) money.

How else do you think they come up with these groups of loser "domestic terrorists" that they arrest for plotting to commit some act, buy explosives, blah blah blah?

Insert agent provacatuer, have him provide money, material support and motivation.  And people still fall for it.

There are no reptillian alien dopplegangers. There are only clinical psychopaths. Remove the empathy from a human being, and you remove their humanity. What remains acts in a reptillian fashion, taking what it wants regardless of consequence.

Psychopathy is physiological, genetic, and incurable.

The human race has a choice to make.
