THe Bullard Effect only works when there is a potential for more stimulus behind it. His comments this morning were only about potentially delaying additional rate rises. The equity machine needs MOAR stimulus to keep rising.
I think the FED realizes now that their previous stimulus actions were more harmful than helpful. The only additional stimulus we will see moving forward is if wall street pulls another 2008 where they threaten to destroy the global economy unless they get what they want.
I don't know how long it will work but I went to make some toast and coffee and came back to see the Nasdaq uo 2% from when I left. 24 minutes
