Almost as impeccable as Gartman, ZH ticks the bottom.  TRIN is in blast off mode.  PPT pitched a bid and the algos are going the rest.  Beautiful thing.

It seems to me that ELON MUSK is actually doing things that help.

CARS: For example, I think Musk was the first to design and market an electric car.

SOLAR: Now, Musk is also doing battery walls.  He says it's all about battery science, and he's actually working on that science.  It seems to me that, without solar energy, homo sapiens is doomed.  And without batteries, solar doesn't work.  If GE, with its colossal resources, had applied the same zeal to batteries that Musk has, we would have had solar quite a while back.  But it seems to me that GE just wants to build nuke plants, and the nuke plants it wants to build are the same old submarine types which are inherently dangerous.  Fukushima is Exhibit 1.  So do we want more Fukushimas, or would we prefer solar that you can put on your roof and hook to a battery in your house, and get off the Fukushima Grid?  Plus, if solar gets good enough, the same solar can charge batteries that power your car - if your car is small enough and simple enough.

I guess Musk is a nail that stands up, so he has to be hammered down.

Innovation is great.  But you also have to build things people actually BUY.

The market for $100k cars, self-landing rockets and big batteries for luxury homes is pretty limited.  In any downturn companies making those things are going to get fucked first.

I don't think it has to do with any bias against your St. Elon.

Thank you, MrMorden.  I think when automobiles first appeared, they were pretty expensive, too.  I'm for anyone who I think is trying to go in the right direction.  I don't know enough about marketing to guess when battery cars might get cheap.  However, I do see that there are now battery bicycles, too, so batteries ARE getting better, at least.  But the good battery bicycles are $1500 to $2500, which is really expensive for a bicycle.  I am hoping we at least get to battery motorcycles.  Anything solar, I'm for.

So finally the market has caught up to the concept of a 4,000 lb battery with four seats and four tires (TSLA) not being the “future” of personal transportation. Wow!

I listened to Abbey Joseph Cohen this morning saying the americian economy is strong and investors should stay in stocks.

Has this Jew heard of deception!!!

It was utter hope with very little substance behind the recommendation.

Bloomberg you should be strung up for having her on your programme.
