This Is The Cartoon Germany Hands Out To Sexually Frustrated Refugees
Earlier this evening, we noted that the western German town of Bornheim has banned adult male asylum seekers from its indoor public pool after some German women complained of harassment.
"There have been complaints of sexual harassment and chatting-up going on in this swimming pool ... by groups of young men, and this has prompted some women to leave (the premises)," the town’s deputy mayor said.
Bornheim, as it turns out, is just a stone’s throw away from Cologne where a wave of sexual assaults allegedly perpetrated by men of “Arab origin” at a New Year’s Eve festival has mushroomed into a bloc-wide scandal.
Now, officials from across Europe are struggling to deflect criticism and devise a way to ensure that women are safe in large crowds.
As we documented on Thursday, Switzerland has adopted an Austrian cartoon flyer for its upcoming Lucerne carnival. The pictogram lays out various instances of accepted behavior such as kissing and praying, while making it clear that flying into a mad rage and open-hand slapping women and small children is frowned upon in polite society.
Well now, in a story that combines the concern about public pools and the effort to dissuade lewd behavior with cartoons, The Local reports that “in Bavaria, swimming pools have issued leaflets with simple pictorial instructions on behaviour for migrants who may never have swum in public before.”
Officials dreamed up the leaflets in 2013 after witnessing an increasing number of "problems" at the city's 18 public swimming pools.
"The ground rule of respect for women – whatever clothing they're wearing – is unfortunately not respected by all our swimmers. That's why there is an explicit indication about it," a Munich city spokesman said.
The "explicit indication" the spokesman mentions is a slightly creepy first-person view of a hand reaching out to touch the behind of an unsuspecting female swimmer:
That is unacceptable, as is drowing others (#4 below), pushing women into the pool (#3 below), and leaping from the side onto a screaming blonde (#7 below).

We'd be remiss if we didn't mention that this is the same logic employed by Cologne mayor Henriette Reker who, in the wake of the New Year's Eve assaults, suggested that one solution to the "problem" would be to "explain to people from other cultures that the jolly and frisky attitude during our Carnival is not a sign of sexual openness." Neither is wearing a bikini.

Swedish big media and other Western big media have given the sexual harassments in Cologne (Germany) more airtime than the combined airtime over 70 years covering the rapes of German women during the end of WWII and a few years afterwards.
I wonder why.
I have seen information on the rapes of German women in the 1940s in the big media. But the combined media exposure of the sexual harassments in Cologne probably exceeds the combined media exposure of the rapes in the 1940s.
If you believe that it doesn´t matter who wins a war and that Western media don´t have a political agenda you got to be pretty naïve. I think that media consumers should be cautious now when the big media currently don´t suppress some sensitive information on how immigrants behave like they have done in the past. My impression is that the big media want to boost their credibility and that they want to nurture tension between Muslim immigrants and the “native” population. The big media in Sweden have in the past not tried to avoid mentioning the name the most important anti-Islamic anti-immigration web site Avpixlat like they have done as regards similar web sites (like Fria Tider) which are less anti-Islamic.
Even mainstream pundits agree today that there is a difference between typical European values and Islamic values. I don´t object to that. But I think that it is smarter to try to avoid conflicts with the Muslims to the greatest possible extent than doing the opposite. Jews in Sweden almost never complain about how Muslims behave against Jews despite the fact that the Muslims on the average are far more anti-Semitic than “native” Swedes. No “native” Swedes, not even Nazis, harass Jews in the street. I don´t think that the Jews are stupid. Others should probably learn from them.
I´m not saying that German women shouldn´t go to the police when they are sexually harassed or raped. I remember how surprised I was when the 19 to 20 year old daughter of a German immigrant couple was sexually harassed (the offender, a circa 50-year old man, touched her boobs from behind) where her mother worked(!) and the offender wasn´t fired. Several people saw that happen and one of them told me about it. The mother had an upper middle-class job while the sex offender had lower middle-class job. Her husband worked elsewhere and had a typical upper-middle class job. The German couple probably didn´t do anything to have the sex offender fired. I know that the mother in other situations had difficulties to stand up for herself when others treated her badly. I remember when a male teenager in public said to her “It´s you who are sick. In the head.”. She didn´t say anything. This German couple behaved like whipped dogs. The sexual harassment mentioned above happened in 1979. The daughter was born in 1959 and her mother circa 1930. The father was born in the late 1920s. I just wonder what this couple experienced in 1945 and how that affected their behaviour decades later. Also keep in mind that the daughter was a stunning beauty and that the mother, judging from photos I´ve seen, was good-looking in the mid-1960s. I just wonder what she experienced when she was about 15 in 1945.

It seems hard to prove how many German POW:s that were killed in the prison camps. The Canadian writer James Bacque came up with a very large figure, but others disagree with him:

I wonder why the copies of the POW forms were destroyed. Maybe they did not have enough storage space. On the other hand these forms could might have come in handy when tracking down Nazi war criminals. Apparently, the War Crimes Branch forgot to save these archives. What a pity.
I saw a TV documentary on this subject about 10 or 15 years ago, I think. In this documentary they admitted that huge numbers of German POW:s died in Western prison camps after the war but explained that with general food shortage, not deliberate starvation.
It also seems as if the rather pro-German American general Patton, unlike Eisenhower, released his German prisoners shortly after the war and let them return home. In December 1945 he was killed in a mysterious car crash. Neither his driver nor his co-passenger were seriously injured. They walked away with barely a scratch. But Patton died a few days after the crash. I guess this may stand out as rather fishy but I´m sure it was the accident that caused his death and that the accident was not staged. Does anyone disagree with me?

By the way, I wonder whether it would be a smart move by the Russian Orthodox Church to erect a monument in Germany that would honour the victims of the mass rapes. In case not, I think that would be very interesting. Yes, that was probably how Ilya Ehrenburg and other top brass Soviets who encouraged the rapes justified their position. But I know that there actually were Russian officers who didn´t allow their soldiers to rape. I wonder what happened to these officers? To me it seems brave to do something like that if he knows that the rapes are sanctioned from above.

What else can the German authorities do?
Much of it does not automatically mean that the refugees are thought of as idiots, simply that they come from v/different cultures which have v/different social norms.
German communities have been dumped by the Fed.gov with a huge influx of people who think it's OK or normal to grope and fondle young German girls (and probably a few boys) in public places and simply do not know how to behave in a sophisticated western society where the societal norms are very different.
The flat-out sexual assaults they've allegedly perpetrated are probably unlawful even in their home countries, so I believe there's also an issue of them doing things simply because they are away from home and think they can get away with it.

Nevertheless, I agree with your solution being deportation of refugees who break the rules. This has always seemed to me a simple solution and one wonders why our political elites avoid it at all costs. Perhaps their problem is knowing where to deport them to since it's not permitted to deport anyone back to their home country if their lives are at risk.

You made some good points and asked a perfectly logical question. I didn't down vote you either. There's a lot everyone can do but most would never happen especially through .gov who are not only typically useless but intentionally aggravate or cause the problem so that their are seen as the solution.
What would I do? (not necessarily in this order)
1. Instruct the police to start aggressively making arrests of the animals.
2. .gov stop using the water cannons on the protestors and resign for incompetence or admit complicity and be arrested.
2. Deport.
3. Halt all immigration from these regions. And redirect them into countries that haven't taken any yet. Or leave them where they were to start.
4. Identify and arrest those that funded the transport and infiltration of the animals.
5. Remove restrictions on law abiding citizens (employees) that want to own firearms for defense.
6 In communities start teaming up to confront and stop them.

A few odd thoughts between Germany and the United States -
If a child is born on German soil, they are deemed to be German citizens. Thus, if a Muzzie rapes a German woman and she has a child, he becomes the father and gets to stay!
The Germans are accepting refugees but have not changed their nationalization process to become citizens. It still takes many years, you must have a job, commit no crimes, and must know enough German to take a written test. The U.S. seems to be streamlining the path to citizenship.

About 15 years ago, I took a trip to Copenhagen, Denmark. The hotel had communal bathrooms at the end of the hall. Shower was like a large open tiled room with shower heads all around...no curtains or dividers.
