So where are all those 'investers' with the 401k's that have driven this circus into la la land. 

 

Get out now, take a penalty, and you should break even, perhaps in less than a month, before the tilt-o-whirl throws ya anyway.

 

And why hasn't the gumbermint made an emergency law...that waives that cash-out penalty?...like they could have done back in 2007.
