With Hillary's demise accelerating, and Trump's lead over the GOP field surging, it appears the "money" has finally figured it out. For the first time during this campaign, Trump has become the bookies' favorite to win the Republican nomination, surging past Bush who it appears has finally lost the real "money" backers...
Of course, this should not be a surprise...
Even after last night's debate slugfest - the lead remains as wide as ever.

Warren is one of the few relatively clean skins the Dems have left. But timing is going to kill them. Warren is not in the primaries and has no time to get set up. If Clinton drops out that leaves the primaries to Bernie to wrap up and Bernie is not going to give up his post. They can try to roll Bernie at the convention with all those unelected delegates Clinton claims to have pledged, but then all those young supporters for Bernie will dismember the Dems at the convention.
The simple fact is that the presumption of Clinton's "turn" has kept other relatively reasonable candidates out of the race while all of Clinton's past is catching up with her with a vengance leaving the Dems in an impossible situation.
I was going to vote for the Charlie Sheen/Rodney King ticket. They would do less than all these politicians. Too bad Charlie got AIDS and Rodney met the pool shark. Oh, well, I'll just go back to not voting. It has been just as effective as voting.
People are finally realizing Trump as the fellow who is the only one with common sense. He's not a life-long blood-sucking parasite, he's not a bull shitter, he reconizes refugees for the risk they are and he actually reconizes that America's middle class is in crisis mode.
He listens when the head of the FBI says, "it's impossible to vet all the refugees for tearrists." Soweto, Clinton and some others seem to be deaf.
No other candidate seems to understand that.

If Biden steps in Trump will paste him with every rotten, incompetent and treacherous Obama decision, since Biden was there smiling throughout and Biden will be unable to reject it or persuade anyone that he would not be a continuation of the current disaster.
And Biden knows Trump will do it so hard he'll be lucky to stay out of hospital. That's why Biden already decided not to get into the ring. Had Biden been willing to run, the Obama DOJ would have stepped up the pressure on Clinton behind the scenes so she dropped out for health or other personal reasons. Because Biden wasn't willing to take on Trump, Obama has let Clinton run.
Trump has been smacking everyone who got in his way and his numbers keep going up. Clinton thought she'd get him on being mean to women and she'd have Bill, who used to be the likable Clinton, come out and campaign for her. Trump was immediately out in public that Bill is an abuser of women and Hillary has been his enabler, something none of the other Republican schmucks would say. And suddenly the press is discussing this previously forbidden issue, Hillary is damaged goods and Bill has retired hurt.
Biden knows Trump is a truly bare knuckle fighter and when you have given him as much ammunition as Obama has, it is fatal to go up against him.
