"This One Is A Bag Of Dicks": America Answers Oregon Militia's Plea For "Supplies"

Tyler Durden's picture

Shortly after Ammon Bundy and a handful of armed militiamen “seized” a remote bird sanctuary to protest the imprisonment of a rancher and his son for setting fire to federal land, the group appealed to “patriotic” Americans to send supplies.

Initially, Bundy said his followers were prepared to occupy the building “for years” if they had to if it meant securing the release of Dwight Hammond and his son Steven and forcing the federal government to reimagine laws around land rights. As a reminder, the group is apparently attempting to force the issue of land control back into the national consciousness with a kind of ad hoc, haphazard rekindling of the Sagebrush Rebellion.

Shortly after Bundy suggested that the standoff could last “years”, it became apparent that the group might not have packed enough supplies.

Before you knew it, Jon Ritzheimer - the same Jon Ritzheimer who, in a YouTube video addressed to his family, cries while clutching a small paperback copy of the Constitution on the way to explaining why it’s necessary to commandeer a tiny building in the middle of nowhere - took to Facebook to ask for "cold weather socks, snacks, energy drinks, equipment for cold weather, snow camo, gear, and anything you think will help."

Well as it turns out, some “sympathizers” did indeed have ideas about “what would help.”

“The occupiers, who took over buildings at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge on Jan. 2 in the latest conflict over the U.S. government's control of land in the West, had been hoping for snacks, fuel and warm clothes when they provided sympathizers with a local mailing address,” Reuters notes. “Instead, as they angrily showed online, they received sex-related toys and food that would be of little use as they braced for a long standoff with federal law enforcement agents who have kept watch from a distance.”

Yes, “food that would be of little use as they braced for a long standoff with federal agents.” Food like “a bag of penis-shaped candies,” or as Jon Ritzheimer puts it in an angry new video, “this one was really funny, a bag o' dicks.”

Watch below as Jon loses his cool with an American public he's trying so desperately to "help".

Mock them all you want ZH. The fact remains this isnt just some random bird sanctuary like the media cucks would love us to believe . Instead its a massive swath of Federal land acquired under the mantle of a USFWS administered federal wildlife refuge. Bought and paid for by LCHP funds. And I might add coming to a community near you. You see these monies for this land grab are extorted from the Big Oil cartel via the US Mining and Mineral Service. A royalty that has to be paid to the US MMS for all drilling that takes place on US soil or in US waters. This money is then given to the USFWS with the sole purpose of provate land acquisiton.Prior to the recent oil collapse , a very lucrative off budget way for Uncle Sugar to raise funds for private land acquisiton. These acquisitons have no more to do with benefiting wildlife than Obamcare does with making us healthy. Its an iron fisted power grab wrapped under the euphimism of "preserving the environment". You think its a joke - it isnt. You can buy a lot of fuckin private land with a 1 Billion $ budget - year after year after year. This is planned initiative to fully destroy the rural economies of the US and herd us like cattle into the citiies where we be left defensless and at the mercy of roving gangs of syrians and other dusky rapefugees.

Here in New England the same USFWS has told the natives bluntly that they are going to acquire over 100, 000 acres in the CT River Valley region  of VT,NH,Mass & CT over the next ten years. That will totally destroy the forest products industry and agriculture of this vibrant region. Its insanity.  I will concur that these guys in Oregon could have done a bit better job of planning but regardless their point(s) are vaild. The Feds are ruthless, out of control and hell bent on exterminating us. They have declared war and we the" little people" in the private sector are the enemy. The reset cant happen quick enough !

the adirondack park in new york is the largest natural park in the usa, 6 million acres worth.. it is run by the state of new york. there is still private land but the rules are so onorous that it is near impossible to earn a living from the land. one example of the stupidity was a suggestion by some downstater that salt should not be used on the road in the winter because the area should have some snow on the road for aesthetic purposes. loggers are just about gone as the large plantations oewned by mega corps like diamond(first leveraged buyout) and international paper are being sold to the state or .orgs like the nature conservancy. taking that much land out of production has led to a people drain. hamilton county has only 5000 residents, a few more in the summer and a few less in the winter. those 5000 people have to pay for the services of the entire county. for thjose of you who know the north east, you know 5000 people in a county is unheard of given the general population density. these people have the burden for all the taxes needed to run the county. in other words, property taxes(and an 8% sales and an income tax) have led to a people drain making the services needed by tourists scant thus discouraging tourists. while they have gotten a bit more liberal in interpreting adirondack park agency rules the economics prevent development. eventually the park will be wilderness, free of people. that appears the intent. it is on a much grander scale out west perped by the feds.

So we should just open it all up to whoever, to rape the last vestiges of pristine land we have in this country? I dont think so.

so we should make it de facto off limits to humans.  the adirondacks used to be one of the best managed forest areas in the usa. it wasn't until the wacko environmentalists got ahold of the park in the 70s that things started going downhill precipitously. the park was established in 1895+-. it was full of commerce thoughout that time. essntially all that was done was stopping clear cutting of entire forest ranges and no open pit mining. during that time the natural hardships of the region kept the population growth in check so human degradation remained minimal. one of the last mines in the area asked the apa if they could exchange land they have mined out for other land(that they own) to mine if they restored the mined land back to nature. the crazy environmentalist went crazy. if the mine closed another adirondack town barely hanging on would dissolve like so manyothers have already. in the 70s the apa would never let it happen. they gave the okay just this last year because they relaized that local people are needed to support the tourist trade and the seasonal residents(flat landers). the dumbfucks debated for years to put wifi service along  a desolate stretch of i87 because the towers are ugly. forget about the welfare of drivers stranded on the road in the winter.my wife used to commute 50 miles to work when we lived there year round. in the winter, she carried a full survival kit in the car in case she got stranded coming or going because environmentalists didn't want the roads wified. is that how you commute?

We have enough problems with NY transplants out here, some of the most ignorant and arrogant immigrants we get. I live in a lovely semi-rural area with dirt roads. Fact is you people don't know what you want, you just think you know but you want it to apply to everyone.

Arab springs, EU summers, Greek awakenngs, OWS, 99% - all of it manufactured by deep pockets, dangled in front of confused crowds and names recorded after infiltrating the movements and defusing their energy through in fighting, so why would we believe this is anything different?  Obvious to me the bank is coming for it's collateral but is this the real deal and if it is, why are they rebellious patriotcs asking for publici donations?  GoFundMe and Faceback panhandling is adding up.  Five people on my street have lost their homes for one reason or another, and had to move before they had planned, devastating, costly, time consuming, lawyers deemed literally useless and judges on the side of the banks.  I do not know what you expect out of this.  Changing laws requires lobbying efforts and some publicity and funding.  This route is just odd.

I absolutely love it the way some here, without ever investigating what is ACTUALLY going on in Oregon, go about trashing what these men and women are doing.

At least they are doing something. Its easy to quaterback from the suburbs. Any here hating on the way the standoff is coordinated, commenting . . .

Have you ever farmed or ranched?? Do you even know where your food comes from??

What would you do if an agency changed your grasing rights ad hoc when it wanted to.

How about strip your family of their rights in a kangaroo court and send them to prison for responsibly conducting a controlled burn?

Anyone here tried a control burn over 100 acres??

How many times do you think the Hammonds did this without incident?
Likely several hundred times, and twice it got out of hand but was contained.

There was no malintent on their part. The judge and feds violated basic common law. Read your Blacks law book its all there.

Since the government is lawless and only applies the statutes as what is convenient to them, these people in Oregon are literally defending their livelyhoods from a tyranical government

These people know that THEIR private land will be up next for the government to steal if they don't make a stand.

Look, when the general public sends these guys a big box full of rubber dicks -- then the writing is on the wall. They're morons.

The FACT of the matter is that actions like these do nothing but harm our civil liberties. The Feds now play hardball when it comes to anythging on govrnment land because now these asshole "patriots" got the feds all pissed off and the average law abiding citizen will have to deal with them.

And as I've said before, most of the miscreants don't even realize their online "patriot" buddies (instigators) are actually Russian trolls sitting behind a screen in Moscow trying to get these morons to go after fellow Americans whilst "defending the constitution". This is a comment board chief. Mispellings happen, thank you for your attentiveness though. Nice to see.

So calling bullshit regarding controlled burns . . . well have you ever conducted one?? Yes in fact if you run gazing land, you may have several controlled burns twice a year. Considering there are several sections in this example its logical to assume. So matter of fact you are right to call bullshit till you have the facts, which I encourage you to do. You may find details of what the government is doing alarming.

I mentioned Black's because one of the premises upon the legal system argued over and over is "intent".

Sure the laws and subsidies (pork) are absurd, yet by that argument all of the federal government deserves the same treatment as the Hammonds, jail.

Because my well traveled commenting friends, we're all learning something here and if you are truly a free human being you will not close your mind to the possibility that each of us can learn more, become more aware and contribute.

Feel free to hammer me for starting a sentence with "because".

I really enjoy everyone's take on land management. No, you cannot indiscriminately burn public rangeland even if your taxpayer subsidized cows graze on it. Usually, a range specialist/biologist is called in. Most times they close down the allotment because it's been overgrazed. Burns aren't often prescribed. Once broom, sage, creosote, chapparal get in and crowd out gramma the nutritional value diminishes. This is happening all over the western rangeland, made worse by long-term drought. Wait til La Nina hits next year, the range will be typically worse and the public lands ranchers will cry again. Ranchers aren't "stewards of the land", they're opportunistic business people with taxpayer subsidies. Why do you think the Grazing Act came about. The west would look like a lunar landscape if unregulated. They did it once and huge swaths of the American West never recovered to this day; they want to do it again.

I finally came to the realization that these people are Mormons. You have to understand that in Mormon theology they believe that the Mormon Church and or its members are destined to save the Constitution and the United States. Look up White Horse Doctrine. Many Mormons thought that Mitt Romney was the rider to fulfill their doctrine until he fell out of the saddle. The crying video that was presented at the time of the standoff is also part of Mormon culture. I live and work around Mormons. I have friends that are Mormons. We stay friends by not discussing their religion. At the same time I have experienced Mormon men breaking into tears over any and all subjects as if that is going to sway somebody and in reality within the faith its a demonstration of how sincere, committed, caring etc. they are. Its a learned commodity internally, especially if you catch them up to no good, then the crying action is used to show remorse. Grown men for gawd sakes, its sickeningl I understand that the Hammonds have been persecuted and abused by overzealous government agency pricks. That is a given. On the other hand, these dinks, the Bundy's et all, upon realizing they are there from the church means I could now care less.

Funny you should say that also. That means you have at least 256 cousins (if not thousands) who are alive right now also related to your 8th grandfather and have the same entitlements. Are they all in agreeance with your position? Or have some family members "gone off the deep end"... (in laymans terms)? I'd bet that some of them are Neoliberal some are NeoCons and all other walks of life in between that you can imagine.

It also means that you have 255 OTHER 8th generation grandparents who you have to respect and honor as well if what you say holds truth.

So no, I will not stick with the "my ancestors" idea at all.
