Hillary Clinton’s campaign is absolutely imploding right now. When people get desperate, they do desperate things, and the latest move by the Clinton campaign reeks of putrid, panicked desperation.
What I am referring to are recent accusations that Bernie Sanders has “gone negative” by releasing the following television ad. Let’s take a watch:
This is literally one of the most gentle, benign campaign ads I have ever seen. Nevertheless, implying the obvious, that Hillary Clinton is a Wall Street funded tool, has her campaign running around like a chicken with its head cut off. Which goes to show you how completely terrified and vulnerable she is on this particular issue. As such, her campaign’s strategy is to spread this non-story throughout the media in an attempt to guilt the Sanders campaign into not aggressively using this key issue going forward. Let’s hope it doesn’t work.
Yet the best part in all of this, is that the firm working with the Hillary campaign to publicize this faux outrage, is the Benenson Strategy Group, a top strategist to Wall Street mega banks.

Hillary Clinton’s campaign held a conference call Thursday with reporters to deride Bernie Sanders for airing an ad that criticized Wall Street firms and the politicians who accept their donations. Though the ad did not mention Clinton by name, the conference call featured her top strategist Joel Benenson portraying the spot as an inappropriate attack on Clinton, whose 2016 campaign has accepted $5.7 million from executives in the financial industry.
According to its website, the Benenson Strategy Group lists Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase among its clients. In a 2012 press release, Benenson listed JPMorgan Chase - whose executives are collectively among Clinton’s top 2016 donors - as an example of how the firm “has guided many Fortune 500 companies and leading advocacy groups through critical strategic and communication challenges.” The section of Benenson’s website listing the banks as clients says the firm is focused on “delivering strategies corporations need to stay ahead of the curve.” Other clients listed include McDonald’s, Pfizer and Walmart — the last of which once had Hillary Clinton on its board of directors when she was first lady of Arkansas.
Just below the listing of Bank of America and JPMorgan Chase, Benenson’s firm lists Clinton’s campaign, the Obama campaign and top Democratic Party groups as clients. Those clients are listed under a section in which Benenson’s firm says it works on “advising leaders who shape the world.”
Of course, it makes perfect sense that Hillary Clinton, JP Morgan and Bank of America would share the same strategist. After all, they are the exact same brand.

How to get richer the Paul Singer hedge fund billionaire way, making $500 million by getting the FDA to give you "exclusivity" in the USA on the formerly generic drug colchicine.

First, hire Senator Orin Hatch to push through in Congress the Hatch-Waxman amendment of 2006, a law that allows the Food and Drug Administration to give three year “exclusivity” to a drug manufacturer for a generic drug. Then have your generic drug firm, URL Pharma, conduct obviously fraudulent drug trials to get “exclusivity” on colchicine, a gout medicine that has been around for 2,000 years. Instruct the FDA commissioner to warn other generic drug manufacturers of your exclusive rights to colchicine, with the FDA threatening severe criminal action if other generic drug companies continue to sell colchicine in the USA.
Then, in 2010, now that your brand of colchicine, Colcrys, has a monopoly on the sale of colchicine in the USA, boost the pill price of Colcrys from a dime a pill to $5 a pill. The bogus drug study that gave Singer colchicine “exclusivity” is now the basis for a “qui tam” lawsuit, what with the drug trials poisoning test subjects with overdoses of Colcrys, URL Pharma’s colchicine. The long term drug trial ended up with only five test subjects, but the corrupt FDA still accepted this falsified drug trial. A bad joke of a study for American taxpayers, since Medicare and Medicare have paid over 750 million dollars in illegal overcharges for colchicine prescription drug coverage since 2010, mostly to Singer’s URL Pharma.
To repay Senator Hatch, Paul Singer has contributed $38,750 to Hatch’s campaign committee in 2012 and 2014 through Singer’s company Elliot Management Corp. A small price to pay for the $500 million plus Singer personally made from selling URL Pharma to Takeda Pharmaceuticals in 2012. Takeda bought this generic drug maker solely for the exclusive rights to sell colchicine in the United States.
How much Singer paid the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn the New Hampshire Supreme Court in the 2013 decision, Mutual Pharmaceutical Co. v. Bartlett is a whole other story. Mutual Pharmaceutical is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singer’s URL Pharma. The Federalist super-conservative judges on the court, all supposedly supporters of States’ rights, upended New Hampshire’s strict liability law on drug safety by claiming Mutual’s defective drug product labeling was a matter solely for the FDA to handle. The same FDA that illegally gave Singer’s company “exclusivity” on colchicine. Finding information on the Cocrys qui tam lawsuit is not simple, thanks to Google and other search engines seemingly “detuned” so that searches have to be exact to access the very few articles that covered this lawsuit. Naturally, the mainstream press is treating this qui tam lawsuit as radioactive.---

A qui tam lawsuit, unsealed last week, alleges that Takeda used a sham clinical trial to obtain FDA approval for a new version of its gout drug Colcrys — raking in hundreds of millions of dollars as a result and delaying generic competition.
The lawsuit claims Takeda raised the price of Colcrys (colchicine) from less than a dime per pill to about $5 after convincing the FDA to allow the new dosage regimen for acute gout attacks.
Judge Ruben Castillo of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois unsealed the complaint after the federal government and nine states declined to intervene, even though Medicare Part D payments for colchicine escalated from $9.3 million in 2007 to $242 million in 2012.
The decision allows the plaintiff to pursue the case on the government’s behalf, provided any action to dismiss gets U.S. Attorney General approval. No reason was provided for declining to intervene.
The False Claims Act case, Ford v. Takeda, was filed in August 2014 by Daniel F. Ford, an investigative reporter who was prescribed Colcrys in 2011.
According to the complaint, Takeda set up the sham trial to compare a high dose of Colcrys with a lower dose of the drug, falsely claiming the higher dose was the industry standard even though it could cause acute side effects, including death. Because the drug has been used for many decades, the company knew the proper dosage before setting up the trial.
Incredible story - which must be going on for many old drugs like that character Shkreli was promoting - they have turned old drugs into pharma utilities via payoffs.

Thanks for sharing. For those who don't know, gout can be incredibly painful and debilitating. It runs in my family and I am lucky enough to have received that gene. Although I take good care of myself, when I get gout attacks, they are very severe. I had an attack several months back and a doctor recommended I try Colchicine (the bottle is actually sitting next to me). It is somewhat effective, but the recomendation is to stay on it for 3-4 months, at a cost of $92.15/week (I self insure.....F.U. Obamacare).
Suffice it to say, your post has me livid. I can afford that, but I'm sure there are many who can't and gout is something that not even Hillary deserves (probably). The non-stop pain from a gout attack is best described as soul-scorching.
I'm going to do some homework on the subject and throw every freakin resource I have at these bastards.

According to Judge Napolitano, the FBI has a hundred agents assigned to Hillary's case. The charge is espionage because she didn't use secure servers. This is a serious charge because it compromised state secrets and put agents in jeopardy. If it goes to grand jury, she's toast. Judging by Biden's praise of Sanders, I think she's toast at least as far as her political career goes. We can only hope she goes to jail for the rest of her life.

Hillary went on 4 major Sunday talk programs this morning and was asked a total of 1 softball question about this major investigation the FBI is conducting into potential treason and misconduct charges stemming from her mishandling of confidential emails.
