Not my downvotes... If you have good steadfast ideals do you need to make progress? I for example would rather read ZH's analysis on a topic than huffpo. The underlying topic doesn't change, but the slant from huffpo will take serious serious mental effort to weed through... I can't help but think even the most diligent will fall victim to the subtle falacious arguments that get used. For example I'm in the hardcore non-initiation of violence camp. Half the articles out there assume that away before they really even get into arguing about anything, even often here at ZH, but it isn't nearly as bad as some of the other places.
