"Pay to Play" is a euphemism for bribery. When it involves selling out your country, it's called treason and punishable by death in some places.

Meanwhile the DC thug shitstorm cover, goals in ME are churning on:

"Indeed, US Institute for Peace (USIP) vice president of Applied Research on Conflict Steven Heydemann in the New York Times would write in an article titled, "You Don’t Need a No-Fly Zone to Pressure Russia in Syria," that:

The most effective diplomatic means for the United States to regain leverage in Syria is for Washington to lead an international effort to undermine the Assad government’s claims and recognize a different government as the legitimate representative of the Syrian people.

The best candidate for recognition is the little-known Syrian Interim Government, or S.I.G. Unlike many other opposition groups, which are based in Turkey, the S.I.G. is based inside Syria, with offices in Idlib and scattered throughout opposition-held territory.

The problem with Heydemann's proposal is the same problem that has plagued the entirety of US policy toward Syria, the essential but unobtainable requirement of covering up the opposition's obvious ties to Al Qaeda."  (kILLary is drooling to meddle in this one again)

Just watched "The Seige of Jadotville" on Netflix.  5 stars.  A 150-man UN Company of Irish soldiers had to repel repeated attacks by 1,500+ mercenaries paid for by Big Mining Companies.  The UN refused to back its own soldiers.  I wonder how many mercenary armies today are operating under political cover provided by Clinton Global Initiative.

John, Well, we didn't quite get to Friday before the "official" leaks. Unless I get different guidance from you, I still plan no comments and no confirmations of anything, including a meeting. I have re-done my schedule for Monday at Minot Air Force Base to accommodate a 9:30 a.m. announcement in Chicago. (I will be flying in from the west coast Sunday night.) Because this has inconvenienced a lot of Air Force folks, I hope that plan stays in place. I thought a good meeting yesterday. Hope you all thought so as well. Bob

You can't eat your cake and have it too November surprise Killery. She better call Martha Stewart for some tips. Her lust for power by co-opting government officials for their lust for greed brought down them all down to include DOJ, judges, elected officials, civil servants of all stripes. Director Comey and steadfast honest hardworking law enforcement officials finally prevail against the satanic pedophile forces masquerading as politicians so long Clinton Foundation Inc. regime. Too corrupt to govern!

Honest Sam's picture

The POTUS doesn't govern, unless Congress lets him/her/it.  They have taken a back seat to theBamster's Exec Orders and let him do as he pleases.  So it's not that any candidate is too corrupt to govern.  It's a Congress that has no fight, no backbone, no interest in putting up a barrier that is insurmountable, or even trying.

What we have yet to learn is what favors she  promised to foreign donors for their hundreds of millions camoflouged in the Clinton Foundation. That's where a POTUS can maneuver, in the international playgrounds of the rich and 1% who are not loyal to any country, including the former U/S/A. Those favors will become clearer in the first few months of her honeymoon, when Trump has gone off to celebrate his formidable role in being yet another man her royal majesty had to rely on to get where she is.

Ironic that a man, a very very weak one, had to put her over the top, and that a dead Gerald Ford could have beaten her with a 100th of the effort Trump has put forth as an accomplice to promote her candidacy.

No matter.  2017 promises to be quite interesting for political junkies.

Cockoo's picture

Lots of executive orders by POTUS, Congress does not apply the rule of law unless forced to do so. International yet to be seen agree 1000%. Even Bernie Sanders would have beaten her, he is not as deep as she is but he is an insider as well.

Saw it as complete cirrus did not watch one debate, then to print a magazine with Madam Clinton on the cover is over the top before the official count is complete. No matter what the masses do, the outcome is what TPTB dictate.

William et al, for what it is worth; my children are not being indoctrinated by the public fool system.  My eleven year old daughter has a larger stash of silver than most Mericans of any age.  I am teaching my 5 year old son but that is slow going of course.  They are growing up in an evironment which is not only placarded with WB7 prints, but coins, bullion, books, motorcycles, guns foreign languages and travel(Russian mother).

If no one has really noticed, it really is not about me.  I am actively engaged with my children.  They are not "our" children; they are MY children.  This is not a village, it is is family.  It is not a democracy in my household and everyone knows it.  You are not going to tell my children anything or penalize them at the fool system.  That is why they are out of the public fool system.

I even embarass my Russian wife sometimes when trying to conduct a simple business transaction because I won't back down.  Why?  Let's evaluate my financial position on the surface.  I have no debt.  OK, it is evaluated.  What is the one thing that I can still do?  That right, teach my kids how it really works.  I really don't care what anyone else thinks of me for doing so.

I don't give a fuck really.  I am not suprised that everyone is pissed at each other now because that was predictable.  2008 will end until it ends.  I know that and everyone else knows that.  What will come out of the wreckage, I hope, is going to be GenerationPM.  I do not forsee anything good coming but my kids are mine forever until I die and that will never change.

My children will not be weak minded fools when it comes to monetary policy.

I recalled this XtraNormal video that was made.  It is perfect for my daughter.  I do not want anyone to forget about it if they have children.  My daughter is advancing but my son is...five.

I, Hillary Rodham Clinton: Haiti's Pay-to-Play IHRC
By Dady Chery
"From its inception, and well before it made $10 billion of earthquake aid money disappear, Bill and Hillary Clinton's Interim Haiti Recovery Commission (IHRC) was a vicious joke on Haitians. The original name, Commission Inte'rimaire pour la Reconstruction d'Haïti, should have been simply translated as Interim Commission for the Reconstruction of Haiti. After all, it was the commission that was temporary, not Haiti. There was also no need to change the word reconstruction to the vague term recovery, unless one deliberately wanted to suggest the collection of something. As the I-HRC, however, the organization not only acquired Hillary Rodham Clinton's initials but also boasted that it would scoop up Haiti's reconstruction funds and turn the world's first black republic into a temporary construct. If Mrs. Clinton has become a zombie and the "I" in I-HRC has faded, this could easily be interpreted as a sign of the Haitian gods' wicked sense of humor."

As a small insight into how the Clinton's think, how their brain works regarding ethics a fine example is when Bubba said...if Hillary wins the presidency they'll stop accepting foreign donations to their foundation.

Now think about that, what he just admitted.

It's perfectly fine for a presidents cabinet officer to do what they're doing but not a president. We know why they don't want to stop (It's very lucrative, bringing in massive wealth to them) but it's just as unethical for the cop to accept a bribe as it is for the mayor.

"National Journal’s Josh Kraushaar reminds Democrats that they went all in with Hillary and the Clinton baggage. How’s that bet looking now? Er …

Democrats didn’t fully appreciate the size of the gamble they’re taking on Hillary Clinton by assuming she’s their strongest 2016 candidate, but they’re sure finding out now.

Forget the email server. The latest revelation—that a Canadian mining company with close ties to the Clinton Foundation sold its uranium business to the Russians with approval from Clinton’s State Department—is more damaging than any of the previous controversies that have buffeted the campaign. …

This wasn’t part of the plan: Surely she knew that her approval ratings were never going to be as strong as they looked last year, but it’s unlikely she expected to be in a defensive crouch from the outset. The notion that she will be able to avoid the “distractions,” to borrow her characterization of the growing controversies, is delusional. If she continues to insist that these pay-to-play allegations are another “right-wing conspiracy” and not deserving of a substantive response, it could be fatal for her campaign. The dismissive response from her allies is doing her nearly as much damage as the allegations themselves. It guarantees the coverage will last much longer than the current news cycle.

Democrats are badly misreading the polls showing Clinton as a formidable Democratic force. Her strong numbers are as much a product of a lack of primary competition as a result of her political strength. She’s also benefiting from the country’s partisan polarization at a time when there aren’t many other Democrats offering themselves as an alternative and joining in on the criticism. But those benefits are looking awfully short-lived, as Clinton looks unprepared to tackle questions that undermine her credibility for higher office. The more Democrats bet on Clinton, the uglier the recriminations will get if things go wrong.
When the best rebuttal for Democrats on Hillary Clinton to allegations of bribery is, “She’s merely greedy and unprincipled,” then things are getting very, very bad." e.m.

I think you are over reacting.  I believe the Russians said they only needed to get the uranium in order to make some yellow cake.  I'm not an expert on baking, but I think yellow cake is what they use in Russian pastries, birthday cakes, and beignets.

At least, that's what they told hillary, and she said "Okey Dokey" (after the check to the foundation cleared).

It's a win-win for everyone.  hillary was very happy about the donation because now she can use the money to help the poor.  The Russians were very happy because now they have enough yellow cake for everyone to enjoy.  In fact, Master Chef Sergey Shoygu, Head Gourmet Chef of Russia's Ministry of Gourmet Cooking, was so happy that he said that he will thank everyone in the US (who live in a city of 30,000 people or more) by giving them a free sample of his favorite recipe, Russian Beignets, in the very near future.  He said "Russian Beignets taste so good, they will blow you away."

Hillary Clinton: Wall Street’s Losing Horse? Constitutional Crisis? What’s the End Game?

By Prof Michel Chossudovsky
Global Research, November 01, 2016
Since the release of FBI Director Comey’s Second letter to the US Congress, the presidential elections process has gone haywire, out of control. The bipartisan political apparatus is in crisis.

“I FBI director [James Comey] am writing to inform you that the investigative team briefed me on this yesterday, and I agreed that the FBI should take appropriate investigative steps designed to allow investigators to review these emails to determine whether they contain classified information, as well as to assess their importance to our investigation.”

Two important questions:

In both cases, we are dealing with powerful interest groups. CUI-BONO?

Has there been a shift in the Corporate Elite’s unbending support for Hillary Clinton? Or are the Elites divided? This is something to be carefully investigated.

FBI Director Comey (image right) did not take this decision on his own. While he was described as responding to pressures from within the FBI, the crucial question is: Who are the power brokers behind James Comey? What mechanism incited him to take that decision?

Does he have a relationship with Trump? Several media have even intimated that Moscow could have been behind Comey’s second letter. An absurd proposition.

The Trigger Mechanism

The trigger mechanism which incited the FBI Director to send a Second Letter to Congress was a report by the Wall Street Journal published four days prior to his October 28 decision.

On October 24, the WSJ revealed that “Clinton friend [Virginia Governor] Terry McAuliffe donated money to a [senior] FBI investigator’s wife when she ran for office” .

Governor Terry McAuliffe transferred the money on behalf of Hillary Clinton:

“Last night’s revelation that close Clinton ally Terry McAuliffe authorized $675,000 to the wife of a top official at the FBI, who conveniently was promoted to deputy director, and helped oversee the investigation into Clinton’s secret server is deeply disturbing…

The fact that this was allowed to occur shows either outright negligent behavior by the FBI or a level of corruption that is beyond belief. The FBI needs to fully address these issues as soon as possible,The Wall Street Journal broke the story on Sunday. The FBI has been under fire for not recommending indictment against Hillary Clinton.”(Breibart October 24, 2016)

Comey’s decision to send a second letter on October 28 (October Surprise) was triggered by the contents of the WSJ report, pointing to bribery of a police officer by Clinton and corruption within the FBI.

The donation went to the 2015 Virginia state Senate election campaign of Dr. Jill McCabe, who just so happens to be the wife of FBI official Andrew McCabe who – a few months later in January 2016– was appointed deputy director of the FBI in charge of the Clinton Email investigation. How convenient (See WSJ, October 24, 2016).

Hillary Clinton had attempted to “buy legal immunity” by bribing a senior police official, a practice which has been widely applied by US organized crime. The only difference is that Clinton is a candidate to the presidency of the United States. The Hillary “donation” received by Dr. Jill McCabe was not reported. According to official Virginia State records she declared a total of $256,000 dollars in campaign contributions. " .....m.c.
