Former FBI Asst. Director Accuses Clintons Of Being A "Crime Family"

Tyler Durden's picture

During a radio interview with John Catsimatidis, former assistant FBI director James Kallstrom heaped praise on Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump before slamming the Clintons. Kallstrom, known for leading the investigation into the explosion of TWA flight 800 in the late '90s, said on Sunday that Bill and Hillary Clinton are part of a “crime family” and argued top officials hindered the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s private email server while she was secretary of State. He also accused Hillary Clinton of being a “pathological liar.”

The Clintons, that’s a crime family. It’s like organized crime, basically. The Clinton Foundation is a cesspool." Kallstrom added that “It’s just outrageous how Hillary Clinton sold her office for money. And she’s a pathological liar, and she’s always been a liar. And God forbid if we put someone like that in the White House."

Going off on a tear, Kallstrom also blasted Attorney General Loretta Lynch, claiming that she impeded the investigation into Clinton’s private server.

“The problem here is this investigation was never a real investigation,” he said. “That’s the problem. They never had a grand jury empanelled, and the reason they never had a grand jury empanelled, I’m sure, is Loretta Lynch would not go along with that.”

The ex-FBI official, who praised Donald Trump as a “good human being” and “patriot,” also went after his former employer. “This investigation was never a real investigation,” he said.

“They never had grand jury empaneled. And the reason … was that Loretta Lynch would not go along with that. So this investigation was without the ability to serve subpoenas, serve search warrants, and obtain the evidence that they ended up begging for. It was just ludicrous what went on,” he added.

Kallstrom said that the FBI “left so much stuff on the table,” but he defended the agents on the case. “This is not the FBI agents who’s to blame for this fiasco going on. This is the leadership. This is Jim Comey … The agents are furious with what’s going on. I know that for a fact,” he said.

* * *

Kallstrom's bashing of the Clinton's followed another interview he gave last night with Judge Jeanine PIrro to discuss the latest announced FBI investigation of Hillary Clinton, in which he said "I think there’s something happening. People are asking me what is this about. I think something big is going to happen. I don’t know what it is. It’s just my gut feeling. I think so.

Judge Jeanine: So he wouldn’t have come out unless he knew it was coming out?

James Kallstrom: Well, I think he couldn’t hold onto it any longer. OK. Because who knows? Maybe the locals would have stepped in on this.

Judge Jeanine: …I think he had to do it.

It was fun in 1861 too. By 1863, nobody was laughing.

Isn't money laundering a federal offense and shouldn't RICO be applied.

Below is a Clinton Foundation sponsored 501c3. Chelsea Clinton sits on the Board of Directors, as does Bruce Lindsey.

The Alliance for a Healthier Generation. It is funded, in large part, by the Clinton Foundation. Revenues of $16.1 million, and an expense of "other salaries and wages" of almost $7.9 million. Prior years, as well as fiscal year 2014, shows similar ratios.

Only $116,000 paid out in grants. The "other salaries and wages" seems quite excessive.

I wonder who those "others" are?

In essence, donor money (including Clinton Foundation donors) comes into Chelsea's charity, and almost half goes out to "other salaries and wages" which are not reported as executive compensation.

What an interesting way to wash money out of the Clinton Foundation.

Net Assets $11,827,133

There is more.

This is the 2014 Form 990 for the Alliance for A Healthier Generation, a 501c3, of which, as mentioned before, Chelsea Clinton sits on the Board.

It also has a similar ratio of Revenues/Other salaries and wages.

However there is something else unusual. If you scroll down to the Section B: Independent Contractors, you will see a company called Community Wealth Partners.

CWP collected $203,000 from the Alliance, for strategic planning. Not a big deal.

CWP's address is:

1825 K Street NW
Suite 1000
Washington DC 20006

A Google search of that address also shows it was the headquarters for a non-profit called:

Hillary Clinton for President, Inc. ·
1825 K Street Nw, Suite # 1000, Washington, DC 20006

It was formed in January 2008 and was the national location of her 2008 Presidential campaign.

Oh don't sweat it Alaric, I'm sure Low-Renta Lynch, the IRS, FBI and the Federal Elections Commission will get right on this!!! soon as hell freezes over.

(Nice sleuthing by the way, doing what the .gov's press corp refuses to do.)

Game over.

"Hello, IRS?   Yes, I'd like to inquire about that Whistleblower thing....."

Yes We Can. But Lets Not.'s picture

Thanks for speaking up about the Clintons, Mr. Kallstrom.  It is a building chorus of courageous voices like yours, like Giuliani's, like the Chicago Tribune (calling for HRC23 to step aside) that will rightly finish the Clintons off for once and for all.

Now, about that TWA 800 thingy....

radio man's picture

TWA flt. 800 was blamed on a fuel quantity probe. Nothing could be further from the truth. I worked the same fuel quantity systems on B-52 and KC-135s.It's not possible. Flight 800 was shot down. still looking for the passenger list.

TWA 800? Hmm, rings a bell. 1996, reelection campaign for a, um, someone familiar that happens to be married to um...Hillary! Kallstrom shouldn't pile on too hard - it was his investigation along with the CIA, first time in history, by the way, that these two agencies led a crash investigation. A the behest of who, again? Why, the Clintons of course! Cashill's new book lays the blame at the NAVy. It was a missile. Either terrorist or an accident, it was a missile!

Know how I know? I caught the news reports first hand before they were submerged forever. I remember the colonel flying a transport plane nearby and commenting in the aftermath to ABC - "It was a missile. I know what I saw."

Yeah, Kallstrom, where were you then? Scared of the Hillbilly Hoods that's where.

Yes We Can. But Lets Not.'s picture

Eye witness account after eye witness account after eye witness account, many credible, all saw something streaking toward where the plane blew....  TWA 800 will always irk me.

LibertarianMenace's picture

More than 250 witness accounts formally recorded. Then erased for all time. There were no doubt thousands more on Long Island that day (including ME looking men loading long tubes onto a boat) that went unrecorded for reasons that are obvious to us all today. If Kallstrom had ANY guts whatsoever, he would come forward with what he no doubt knows.

Bendromeda Strain's picture

Stalcup got the radar data under FOIA, and he focuses on the high velocity debris that would be impossible with a JP-4 (kerosene) blast, but when you see him holding it you see the flight path of a P3 Orion right there nearby. The Navy was all over Long Island at the time of the event and they all screwed like scalded dogs immediately after.

Vatican_cameo's picture

He was right at the heart of that Flight 800 coverup.  The FBI walked into the hanger at 3:00am and grabbed EVERY piece with traces of "Explosive Residue" and made it disappear.  Later they claimed there had been traces of residue because the A/C had been used at one point to carry troops.  WTF?  The Clinton Crime Family was probably responsible for that too, so now he's getting in his parting shots before his fatal Nailgun accident............

Muse minus Time's picture

Here's what Pierre Salinger said re:TWA 800 prior to silencing him.

This fine article ties in the criminal Clintons' to the accident;

LibertarianMenace's picture

Still remember reading IEEE Spectrum articles struggling mightily to poo-poo the missile theory. The idiots(the real mcoys, smart people that know so much that isn't so) that wrote for that magazine (some kind of electrical engineers I assume) never thought to ask one simple question: if it was a spontaneous fuel tank explosion, then why aren't these near empty tanks going off like popcorn on desert runways as planes sit waiting in the searing sun for takeoff or a boarding gate???

We've been badly served not only by government officials, but even by technical journalism - really just leftist fellow travellers - by those purportedly "in the know". All, ALL! of these fuckers just going along to get along.

The IRS was hatched with the Fed.

It is another .gov scam.

Its only reason to exist is to rip us off for DC parasites.

Whistleblowers had the IRS testifying in front of Congress and they had memory lapses about everything.

Then they got off the hook.

So they returned to their jobs ripping off Americans.

chubbar's picture

Where's the Secretary of State that approved the formation of these charities? Where's the fucking IRS when it is plain as day that the benefits of the charity are inuring to the organizers and employees of that charity, contrary to IRS rules governing these charities? Why bother asking when we all know the answer, right in the back pocket of the clintons. Isn't there anyone in gov't serving in oversight capacity that isn't a crook???

This should be basic investigative journalism 101. Do we read about it anywhere else but here? At this point what difference, indeed, does it make.  Even if Hillary is busted, the rotting corpse of what was once a Republic remains. It's time to drain the swamp and burn the rest down.

Your 'state' taxes your unalienable, inherent, natural right to property or destroys the right (takes your property in rem).  Don't look to any public officer condoning such bullshit to uphold the law, they are guilty enough to hang themselves.

Yes We Can. But Lets Not.'s picture

Nice work Alaric.

However, I am confident that the Clinton money laundering operation you have identified will turn out to be of the legalized variety.

If you are well connected, and if you can afford to pay all the attorneys and accountants, you can set up foundations and legally engage in money laundering in the USA.

I'd like to think that engaging in money laundering, legalized or not, would turn off voters.

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha.....  Bwaaaaa haaaaaa haaaaaa haaaaa haaaa.........

Actually, families were known to picnic on the hills above to observe some battles during CWI. The only question is, will CWII be televised... for cord cutters?

The Merchants of Death made fortunes during the Civil War, just like they do with every war.  I am sure they were laughing aplenty in 1863.  Their children weren't on the front lines at Gettysburg or Shiloh.

I've used a metal detector to - legally - unearth more than a few CW relics in my day.  It is moving to recover - right where the young man last touched it in a hayfield or woods under some long-lost circumstance 150-some years ago - his pocket change, his wedding band, the smashed brass pocket frame that once held an image of someone special to him....

Food Loaf Junkie's picture

Very true, in the words of the admiral in "Hunt for red October"  "This shit will get out of control".  Many, including myself are excited at the prospect of the Clintons being exposed and punished to some extent, however, in our current state of corruption reactions by angry, desperate, frustrated people on both sides coupled with devastating economic conditions and stressful security concerns could bring us to the same sort of unfocused anger and disregard for the results that anarchy can bring.

“Do you know that?” Podesta asked the “State of the Union” host in response. “Do you know that, Jake? You don’t know anything.”
