Hillary Cleared As FBI Folds Again: Comey Says "No New Conclusions" After Clinton Email Review

Tyler Durden's picture

And now the pendulum of Comey backlash swings the other way. Which Republican politician will be the first to press charges against Comey under The Heath Act? And will Harry Reid drop his charges?

In a letter to several committee chairmen released Sunday, FBI Director James Comey announced on Sunday afternoon that just over a week after the FBI reopened its probe into Clinton emails, the Bureau has not changed its July conclusion regarding Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server while secretary of State.

House Oversight and Government Reform Chairman Jason Chaffetz made waves Sunday afternoon, when he tweeted about the FBI letter.

Below is the full letter from FBI Director Comey, with the key section highlighted.

The Clinton campaign is exuberant...

So, having reviewed 650,000 emails in less than a week (?), we can now go back to Democrats loving Comey and the FBI and Trump hating on them.

The Mexican Peso is soaring on the news:

One cannot help but draw parallels between this 'relief' rally headline-driven event to the death of British MP Jo Cox days before the Brexit vote which swung polling opinion whipsawing markets before a Brexit vote that remain for "leave" anyway.

I wonder if a bunch of NYPD officers just turned up dead? If not, they for sure have gagged them somehow.

What's in your closet James Comey?

Come on folks we all knew this was gonna happen. At least should have known.

But look at it from the bright side: a false flag terrorist attack won't be needed to disrupt the US elections and swing the presidency to Killary. /sarc

Creative_Destruct's picture

No, you're right, no false flags necessary. Probably the only necessity was for the crony Kudzik to lead the investigation and classify ALL emails NOT directly from Hillary PLUS ALL emails sent after work hours as not germane to the investigation. This allowed a RAPID software filtering that got them through this quickly while effectively eliminating incriminating emails. This methodology was what was rumored to be being implemented by Kudzik.

Until and if this is proven false, the stench of cover-up and cronyism from the Clinton Corruption Hydra will remain in the air.

Never mind cleared.

Mr Comey, don't ever let
me hear destroyed in connection with this material!

Like this would change anyone's mind who hasn't voted yet. Trumpslide in 48 hours!

onewayticket2's picture

Comey needed (incorrectly) to find "intent" to change his conclusion.  these 650k were largely dupes.

pay no mind HRC's housekeeper, Weiner and anyone who hacked weiner had Top Secret intel.....pay no mind that wikileaks has released "intent" to delete from podesta (we need to dump all those emails" two days before the story broke in the Times).

this is such a farce....mass resignations in the FBI tomorrow?

So, when are you going to comment on the charge of Hillary committing purjury to Congress, Mr. Comey?

How many months of investigation does that take since you have been working on it since July.

Comey just said at this time they haven't changed their mind.

What was NOT said was that the investigation is officially closed.

This is a brilliant move on Comey's part as it gets the Hitlery Demothugs to fuck off for now and allows his department to breathe easier and to focus on bringing an indictment.

and slow has historically relevant precedent:

The Nuremberg executions took place on October 16, 1946, shortly after the conclusion of the Nuremberg Trials. Ten prominent members of the political and military leadership of Nazi Germany were executed by hanging: Hans Frank, Wilhelm Frick, Alfred Jodl, Ernst Kaltenbrunner, Wilhelm Keitel, Joachim von Ribbentrop, Alfred Rosenberg, Fritz Sauckel, Arthur Seyss-Inquart, and Julius Streicher. Hermann Göring was also scheduled to be hanged on that day, but committed suicide using a potassium cyanide capsule the night before. Martin Bormann was also sentenced to death in absentia, but he was killed or committed suicide while attempting to escape Berlin in 1945.

The sentences were carried out in the gymnasium of Nuremberg Prison by the United States Army using the standard drop method instead of long drop.[1] The executioners were Master Sergeant John C. Woods and his assistant, military policeman Joseph Malta. Woods may have miscalculated the lengths for the ropes used for the executions, such that some of the men did not die quickly of an intended broken neck but instead strangled to death slowly.[2][3][4] Some reports indicated some executions took between 14 minutes to 28 minutes.[5][6] The Army denied claims that the drop length was too short or that the condemned died from strangulation instead of a broken neck.[7] Additionally, the trapdoor was too small, such that several of the condemned suffered bleeding head injuries when they hit the sides of the trapdoor while dropping through.

I've been practicing with various gauges over the last couple of weeks.  The three inch is a tough one, it gets pretty heavy.

I think it'd be much simpler with safety or piano wire (even baling wire).  Just a couple of twists with some pliers and you could stockpile tons of nooses (neeses?) with relatively short tails.  The old chair or horse can be used for height.  It needn't be quick.

SAE 73's picture

Your ABSOLUTELY CORRECT.  You know what's really going on.  One of the few sir.

Maybe IF HALF The F B I Resigned, that would send the right message???

Maybe if we hear nothing about disgruntled agents because they know this is just a ploy to stifle the stupidity.

If we do NOT hear of internal strife, I'm right as rain about this.

Mr. Universe's picture

This just goes to show they are really desperate. No way they can allow those 650K pedo proof emails ever hit the street. Who can stand up to them? NYPD? Only the truth laid out for all to see can free us from this scum.

Mithera's picture

Why would anyone at the FBI resign over this. They surely realise they are working for a criminal organization owned and controlled by Our Overlords. You must realise that the maggots that work for these agencies ....FBI CIA NSA etc etc etc are just that...maggots that come out of the arse of a massive blow fly. They all want to grow up into blow flies themselves.

Nexus789's picture

Actually you might be right. The letter is carefully worded and pointedly excludes the use of the server as an offence but does not mention any of the other issues. Maybe we underestimate the the FBI. This creates more time to look at the non email server related issues.

When the house of cards is stacked against you , what would you do?

Once a criminal is pardoned they are pardoned. So the game continues, There is a reason. Comey did not charge her so Obama cannot pardon her. The charges will be brought forth after Obama has left office. The heat is on. You can not pardon anyone for anything if they have not been charged. Vote Trump and you will have your indictment.

Brilliant move.

We're in some hybrid reality of "Animal Farm" and "1984", and that is not a good omen for the survival of those of us who value freedom and the rule of law.
