Mexican Official Threatens To Combat President Trump By "Unleashing Drug Cartels"

Submitted by Mac Slavo via SHTFPlan.com,

There will be war in the streets, or at least there could be.

The strong armed tactics against Mexico are not making officials happy south of the border.

Now, with an executive order facilitating the deportation of illegal immigrants – and especially those who have committed criminal offenses – as well as building a wall on the border, President Trump has many Mexicans up in arms.

Jorge Castañeda Gutman, former Secretary of Foreign Affairs in Mexico, took things a step further during an interview on CNN with Fareed Zakaria when he suggested that Mexico’s previous cooperation with the U.S. in curbing the flow of drugs and illegal immigrants could end.

Instead, the cartels could be essentially unleashed upon the U.S. – retribution for tough policies on Mexico and other immigrant-producing countries in the Latin American world.

These astonishing words could open up an economic gang war against the U.S. –  very irresponsible words that reveal just how connected Mexico’s leadership is with the violent drug cartels who operate from their territories:

Mexico has a lot of negotiating chips in this matter, Fareed, but it also has measures we could take in other areas. For example, the drugs that come through Mexico from South America, or the drugs that are produced here in Mexico all go to the United States. This is not our problem. We have been cooperating with the United States for many years on these issues because they’ve asked us to and because we have a friendly, trustful relationship. If that relationship disappears, the reasons for cooperation also disappear.

The implications are astoundingly clear – Mexico would consider exporting chaos and violence into the United States as a form of payback for immigration restrictions and controls against the instability that the southern border has brought to the country for decades.

Out of bitterness or desperation, or a mix of both, Mexico’s finest would apparently weaponize their most brutal elements and deliberately send them North to sow chaos – only proving the reasons for controlling the border and reigning in the deterioration of the U.S. standard of living that has been going on for such a long time now.

Though no one would win, things could get pretty ugly…

Drug cartels and Mexican gangs have killed an estimated 40,000 people over the past decade in Mexico alone, as well as plenty of people on the U.S. side as well. Beheadings, etc. have gripped headlines and terrified the population.

The collusion of the Mexican government has worsened the problem, and the largest issues continue to explode. Why exactly shouldn’t President Trump attempt to stop this insane violence and deadly trafficking?

Here’s the full interview:

Trump’s moves against immigration, et al. have the other side in a tail spin – and now it may be war of one kind or another.

Clearly, they will play dirty.

I think the gangs are especially prevalent in Hillary Territory.  Let them reap what they have sown with uncontrolled immigration.

When it kicks off there will be a liberal bloodbath in the cities.

The ones that escape alive will no longer be liberals, they'll be conservatives.

Twee Surgeon's picture

Yeah ! both of them will be ! Debby and Delores, but they were never that political anyways.

Declare war on the drug cartels and take out every one of the sons of bitches. Name the Sinaola cartel enemy #1 and have the military kill on site.

Then take out Herbalife for laundering cartel money and distributing drugs.

Make the CIA cry and destroy their principal money laundering organization, Amazon.

  Typical libtards, We love Mexicans,

If you cross that bridge, things will get  UGLY.

Connections between the cartels and elements within the Mexican government would not surprise me at all. The cartels have the financial resources to buy politicians. But even putting aside the usual corrupting tentacles there are other ways such relationships can develop.

The Italian version of the Deep State has long had a relationship with organised crime in Italy. The Mafia can get the "job" done, no questions asked and no traces back to the client: you have the need, the Mafia has the means. The CIA also has used organised crime figures in the past to undertake odd jobs, e.g. plot to assassinate Castro in the early 1960s.

I hope they do.  Then Messico can finally be realized for what it is a Narco-Terrorist State.  Then it becomes even easier for Trump to build the wall.

Chuck doesn't need a phone. He's telepathic.

Great.  Just seal the border using the US Army.  Noone crosses. Ever. Period.

Laughable!  An excellent sample of impotence by the Progressive.  Reminding one of when a (worthless) liberal gets slammed either socially or in a business deal and the best it can do is sputter and throw out the ridiculous threat that he 'knows someone' in the red and white and to soon expect a phalanx of bikers in his driveway.  What these (worthless) mopes do not understand is *if* by some fluke a member of the 1% hears this threat being uttered it is usually the mope that will have to deal with an angry biker.  In reality, there is NOTHING Mexico can do other than sit down with Trump can cut the best deal they can.  And a good tip would be for the Mexican negotiator to wash, don a clean suit jacket, a pressed shirt and spot-free tie.  As to his pants, he can safely leave those neatly folded over a chair as he will not need them when he meets with Trump.

So It Goes's picture

I couldn't get beyond the headline.  I am generally a pacifist.  But when they threaten us, can't we just declare war and bomb the fuckers?

TrustbutVerify's picture

This is a good example of how entrenched our losing position is.

Uphill battle for sure, but....he'll drop out any day now. :)

So Mexico is saying take their illegal poor, or take their illegal drugs. I vote to take neither.

Cassandra.Hermes's picture

Why is different from Trump wall logic? USA should pay, the American drug addiction has a price, if USA want Mexico to fight the cartels, it should pay for it. Right? Exactly the Trump point!!!!

ZD1's picture

Drugs must have affected your logic and reasoning ability.

Twee Surgeon's picture

Mexico should get walled in until it grows up and is fit to hang around with civilized people. Mexico should pay the price for their own willful ignorance. Not the neighbors. Have a nice sugar skull while we build satellite lazer beams of death.

That would imply the Mexican "government" has them leashed in the first place.

So It Goes's picture

Memo to Mexico.  I think we are now tired of importing the consequences of your absolute corruption.

Send in the feds to defend.  And if they just happen to stray across the border chasing those fuckers into Mexico, oh well.  Mexicans - if you cannot control your own border, please let the US do it for you.  Can we do a "Duterte" on these drug criminals?  Sinaloa will fight for sure, but - Trump may have the winning hand.

devnickle's picture

Confirmation of the obvious. Mr. President doesn't bow to 3rd world assholes.

Sounds like jobs for thousands of sharpshooters at the wall. Winning!

Time to call the army home and have them patrol the southern border.

And do remind those cartel creeps that the US is not some gun controlled backwater. Citizens are free to carry guns. So they won't have a population to roll over like they do down south

So It Goes's picture

Holee shit.  Just deputize all the citizens across from the Mexican border and grant them their full 2nd Amendment rights.  Follow a strict police-type procedure and then allow "shoot to kill".  That would really help.

Twee Surgeon's picture

Just enforce the large fines for hiring illegal immigrants, laws in place for decades, it is not complicated, it is just about getting the fat, overpaid government workers to do the job they were hired to do or fire them instead of running a Vichy Agenda Cabal.

skirmish's picture

This will be fun to see how it plays out.

Twee Surgeon's picture

The Average Mexican wants the USA to invade Mexico, they know that it would be the best thing that ever happened to them and their people.

Investments and good will from the North is what they have always sought.

Lost in translation's picture

Awesome.

Just to be on the safe side, we'll be sure to gun down every last, living thing crossing into this country from the sewer called Mexico.

As we should have been doing, all along.

I believe we still have a few A-10s. Put them to work on the border.

Economic Gang War? No No! Drugs involve death. Thus it is an act of war. In which case we will gladly avoid war with the Mexican Military and begin by bombing their schools first. Then we all target their women next. But under no circumstance do we realy need to start a war with the Mexican military. We just want their unarmed citizens to fall like flies. You know, as if they are all on drugs and overdosing.

Someone should send a cruse missile through Jorge Castañeda Gutman bedroom window and remind him of who exactly he is threatening. We are baby killers who sleep well at night.

spacemonkey99's picture

Well I guess if that happened maybe Trump could just deploy Camp Pendleton down there in about an hour..

“Do not underestimate that Mexican laborer or any other Mexican - citizen or not. I see them at the gun counter, I see the ammo they buy, and how much. They're arming up. “

Cali ammo laws changing Jan 1 2017 may have caused many of all races to stock pile with anticipation of  more and more restrictive ammo and gun laws in the bankrupt state of California.

What we don’t know is the real crime numbers adjacent to the border--- on both sides. Obama news blackout of  anything  negative relating to non whites.

  • But don’t demonize the  Latino. Damn good people. And we got our own murder zones in Chicago and Detroit and and and. Drug traffic and and

  • But our brothers to the South seem to have rockets, grenades, and full auto rock and roll hi cap centerfire stuff. Not to mention explosive??  Remember the Alamo.  Santa Ana definitely had the cannon power.

Wee_littte_dogee's picture

It's true their are many legal, law-abiding and "patriotic" Americans of Latino descent but the suggestion that we could not annialate them (Mexico) in a fortnight is laughable. Lots of troops coming home very soon and I'm sure Mexico looks a lot jucier target than whats left of the ME; lets hope it never comes to that, what a watse.

SgtShaftoe's picture

Dude, they're probably buying it for the same reasons you are.  90% of Mexicans are great, family focused people.  I'd actually argue that most mexicans have better and more cohesive families than anyone at walmart.

slyder wood's picture

The "Latino family values" is utter bullshit. It's a construct of the pro-immigration groups and Latinos themselves. Funny how you self-loathing snowflakes think all white people are Walmart people. I grew up with Mexicans, they aren't any better and mostly worse than whites in child and spousal abuse. Sure, there are good ones, smart, successful. For the most part they are fully integrated Americans, most can't even speak Spanish and don't care to. A majority of the Latinos coming in lately and even recent sworn-in citizens since the Reagan amnesty are ignorant peasants who have no interest in assimilating. Their children either criminals or low-payed service workers stuck in the insular Latino world, a small world that they try to portray as honest, hard-working, etc, etc, ad nauseum. They make you see what they want you to see with help from the media, church, and leftist gov't types. It's called the "trickster" in their culture, they take joy in making you a fool without you knowing it. Just look at how foolish they've made America look - no border enforcement, anchor babies, bi-lingual. What other immigrant group has demanded and were given this. What is worse they don't realize they're being conditioned as an underclass, but hey it's better being a US peasant than a Mexican peasant. They're the lowest common denominator, as planned....

SgtShaftoe's picture

Dude, I've lived around Mexicans.  I am no stranger to latin culture.  I've spent substantial time in Latin America.  I've had dinner at countless restaraunts including an Asia de Cuba in Argentina that went from family restaraunt to family dance party with go-go dancers in cages after the clock struck 11 or so.  Well, not all of them had go-go dancers in cages but you get the idea.  It's the same thing in Mexico.  Everyone dances together, Everyone hangs out together.  It's kind of a thing.

Edited to add: Thinking back, I'm not sure they were in cages, I think they were actually on ropes, but same idea - sexy ladies suspended from the ceiling moving to the music with little kids and abuelitas (little grandmothers) and everything in between together.  To me, that's awesome!

slyder wood's picture

Yeah, I used to drive down into Mexico for weeks at a time, camping on beaches, etc. all that was fine and good. Can speak enough espanol to get by. But then I got to drive back home - into the US......get it?
