Top NSA Whistleblower: Intelligence Agencies DID Spy On Trump

George Washington's picture

Trump claims that the Obama administration bugged Trump Tower before the election.

Sound nutty?

Perhaps ... but former Attorney General Michael Mukasey said that Trump is probably right that Trump Tower was bugged (by the Justice Department, not Obama personally).

And chief Fox News Washington correspondent James Rosen - who Obama's Attorney General Eric Holder ordered be bugged ... like many other reporters for well over a decade - said he thought Trump might be right:

Washington's Blog asked the highest-level NSA whistleblower in history - Bill Binney - whether he thought Trump had been bugged.

Binney is the NSA executive who created the agency’s mass surveillance program for digital information, who served as the senior technical director within the agency, who managed six thousand NSA employees.

He was a 36-year NSA veteran widely regarded as a “legend” within the agency and the NSA’s best-ever analyst and code-breaker.

Binney also mapped out the Soviet command-and-control structure before anyone else knew how, and so predicted Soviet invasions before they happened (“in the 1970s, he decrypted the Soviet Union’s command system, which provided the US and its allies with real-time surveillance of all Soviet troop movements and Russian atomic weapons”).

Binney told Washington's Blog:

NSA has all the data through the Upstream programs (Fairview/Stormbrew/Blarney)  [background] and backed up by second and some third party country collection.

Plus the FBI and CIA plus others, as of the last month of the Obama administration, have direct access to all the NSA collection (metadata and content on phones, email and banking/credit cards etc.) with no attempt at oversight by anybody [background]. This is all done under Executive Order 12333 [the order which allows unlimited spying no matter what intelligence officials claim] ....

FBI would only ask for a warrant if they wanted to be able to take it into court at some point given they have something meaningful as evidence. This is clearly true given the fact the President Trump's phone conversations with other country leaders were leaked to the mainstream media.

In other words, Binney is saying that Trumps phones were bugged by the NSA without a warrant - remember, top NSA whistleblowers have previously explained that the NSA is spying on virtually all of the digital communications of Americans. - and the NSA shared the raw data with the CIA, FBI and other agencies.

If the FBI obtained a warrant to tap Trump's phone, it was a "parallel construction" to "launder" improperly-gained evidence through acceptable channels.

As we've previously explained:

The government is “laundering” information gained through mass surveillance through other agencies, with an agreement that the agencies will “recreate” the evidence in a “parallel construction” … so they don’t have to admit that the evidence came from unconstitutional spying. This data laundering is getting worse and worse.

So does it mean that the NSA spying on Trump Tower actually turned up some dirt?

Maybe ...

But history shows that mass surveillance has long been used to blackmail opponents ... including high-level officials.  And see this.

And the former NSA director admitted that the mass surveillance is a power grab.

So we won't know until the intelligence agencies actually show their cards ... and reveal what evidence they've gathered.

Here’s how to know for sure if your spouse is really cheating on you or not.I was introduced to,he’s a professional hacker and computer systems analyst,i contacted him and told him what i needed and he decided to help me out,i paid for the service and he delivered in perfect timing. It turns out my husband was a serial cheater after all,i was devastated to find out about the news but at the same time i was happy to find out early enough to know that i deserve better and move on with my life.

What reason is there to think any comunications between any two people on the planet are not collected? Bugged? Ha. Every landline is an open mic. Why would anyone assume a cellphone was not recording everything at all times its powered?

All the spooks done went feral a long time ago. They view everyone as a threat. With no exceptions. The only people they can trust are the ones they can and do control.

So when will Obama be kicked out of the country and be shipped back to the country he came from?

Insurrector's picture

Hawaii wouldn't be a bad place to be shipped to.

Can someone source the news that reported Israel's Mossad has, in country, it's own NSA terminal, unregulated, complete access to the metadata, any archive. It may explain how Trump data makes it to media sources as they are universally joined at the hip with Neocons everywhere. I'd say look no further than the Near East division within the State Department in conjunction with that terminal which is probably getting a harder workout than a slot machine on the strip in Vegas.

gdpetti's picture

Mossad is connected to the SG channel, so obviously all this lower level stuff is inputed into their systems... when they want it... the real problem is there's just too much in this  metadata collection... the overwhelming part is totally worthless... to collect, keep and analyze, so the bots are brought in to do it... to set up the flags, keywords etc.... AI rules.... next step is usually when that 'ghost' awakens.

Sandmann's picture

Look it up yourself, but yes I heard that same story about unregulated access but I thought that was only to information from the Middle East not US domestic surveillance.

A warrant is needed ONLY to make the surveillance "legal" if it is used in a legal proceeding.

The FBI/IC likely initiated it's surveillance without a warrant because the purpose was NOT to go to court but to elect Hillary and defeat Trump.

They ASSUMED Hillary was going to win and that President Hillary would purge all the evidence after taking office and no one would ever know.

When Trump won the election, the Clinton/Obama/Soros conspiracy suddenly found them in a situation where they could NOT purge all the evidence, including the surveillance of Trump and Trump Tower.

That's why the attacks on Trump and his "Russian collaboration" have been so intense. They were hoping to impeach/convict Trump post-election and replace him with a controllable stooge.

I love it when the vast conspiracy theories become ever 'more vast.'

As we debate the former President's overreach, he (Obama) has set up a Command Centre ( War office ) in his new Washington DC Home, installing his first recruit, Supreme Commander of Allied Forces, Valerie Jarrett. She's the first Iranian ( born, Shiraz, Iran ) to head a Western Military Alliance.

A local Administrator from Shiraz who wished to remain anonymous stated :- we are so proud of this historic moment that one of our sisters has attained the highest office in Amurika ( c/o Obama, Washington Dc ). He continued, we know Valerie, we know her family, the traitorous scum that they are colluded with the US installed puppet, the Shah of Iran, packing their things and scurrying off like a pack of rats the day after the Shah's enforced exile.

Tell Meester Trump that his ENEMY is not the Iranian Government or People but the WHORE in Obama's New Home in Washeeengton DC. Allahu Akbar!!

Oh, synchronicity!  How I adore you!

I quite literally just finished the chapter detailing the United States's interaction with Iran (both before and after the Shah) in John Perkins' book, The New Confessions of an Economic Hit Man.  What a fantastic coincidence that I happened upon your post!  :D

What does Comander and Chief really mean?  Maybe that was the subject of Trump's and Bannon's recent heated argument. Trump's options for having a successful presidency are very few now.  It's been clear for some weeks that the security state and their legion of lackeys has waged an all out war on the People's choice. They will win unless they are stopped.

ReZn8r's picture

President Trump should command the US Army and USMC to immediately take on the spy agencies and Oniggas new RENTAL house. They either give up peacefully and get blasted to hell.

The first serviceman that refuses to obey the command is shot on the spot. End this insurrection NOW.

It is as easy as the WH submitting an order for a transcript of any communication the NSA captured, and they capture all of them.

The the lesser known fundamental problem with FISA courts is that they're executive courts not in the judicial branch. Just like "tax court" is an executive "court".

Alright already!  When is POTUS, the Commander-n-Chief, the "most powerful man in the world" going to do something about it other than have a twitter tantrum?

Looking for a little less talk and a lot more action.

Has Trump reversed any EO other than the bathroom confusion joke?  Many on the Hedge has pointed out all the illegal bullshit going on........and not one arrest or indictment has been carried out.  I know, I know, the all wise,  all knowing,  master chess playing Trump has a "master plan" that he is implementing and will probably spring his trap any moment now, blah, blah, blah......

If nothing happens in the next 30 days....other than a bunch of drama......if no one is arrested, fired, or indicted.....then it will be clear that this is all a set up. For starters:

Shut down Syrian operations.

Lift sanctions on Russia.

For the love of God, get out of Afghanistan.

Audit the Federal Reserve (kill it) ....and Ft Knox

Enforce current immigration laws

Ditch the TSA

Balance the budget/stop the deficit spending

STOP THE UNCONSTITUTIONAL SPYING....throw the bastards in Gitmo prison......forever.

Get behind (better lead) a constitutional convention to achieve term limits, balanced budget ammendment,  etc.

Give federal lands back to the states.......where it has always belonged.

Tax the shit out of these corporations hiding offshore, using slave labor, and price gouging the US.

Throw Hillary and Bill in jail for racketeering, Lynch and Holder for corruption, Bernanke for illegally funding foreign banks with our money.

Break up the TBTF banking cartel.

Cut any and all federal funding to any state, city, corporation, or institution that supports illegal immigration, and fine the shit out of companies using illegal immigrants. .

Take all illegals in our prisons, ship them back to Mexico before some dumbass governor turns them loose.

Stop the private prison system.

There's a lot if work to get done, boy.  You need to get with it.  If you are going to light this thing, you had better do it while you still have support.

HughBriss's picture

Great post!  I honestly mean it.

It would appear that you are nowhere near as naive as your fellow Trump-fellating-ZHers who apologize -- ad nauseam -- for the inaction of The Donald.

But...but...but...Trump's a master planner!
But...but...but...Trump's a tremendous tactician that only moves his political chess pieces when he has CHECKMATE in his sights!
But...but...but...Trump can only do so much when fighting the "Deep State."
But...but...but...Trump has to fill the swamp in order to drain the swamp (seriously, WTF...?).
But...but...but...blah blah blah fucking blah blah blah.

You, at least, are wise enough to differentiate between promises made and promises kept.  I wish to thank-you for that!

Personally, I am still waiting for Trump to indict Killary for treason. Unfortunately, I do believe I am going to be waiting indefinitely.  After all, Trump announced upon winning the Presidency that he wont be pursuing charges against her because, "Hillary has suffered enough."

Suffered enough, eh?  Thanks for making that determination for everyone without our consent, Don.

But, hey!  At least the fucker seems to be actually following through with his proposed border wall, right??  Won't accomplish much, of course, but it is nice to see him do what he claimed he'd do while on the campaign trail...

90% + of Z/H'rs are first and foremost Realists, same stats for those who support President Trump.

Those who sat comfortable in Ivory Towers should be the only ones put out and possibly as we transition back into some normality , as difficult as this may be to fathom/digest (cold turkey anyhow ), many snowflakes will see their folly and cross over.

Happening already as some see the organised Soros thuggery and want no part.

It's going to take a lot more than Trump, sounds like.  But Trump's main purpose, if he can be said to have any, was to destroy this bullshit "narrative" they have used to suppress dissent.  He galvanized the deplorable class so that they realize they are not isolated individuals (which is how people have been feeling thanks to the demoralization campaign carried out by the traitorous alphabet agencies).

Trump is just the first step.  "They" have set themselves up as a permanent bureaucrat class that can't be fired.  We need to find new ways to get rid of that entire structure.  All employees must be fireable, or else they are our masters.

It's a big ball of shit, and it's going to take someone a lot better than Trump to really destroy it.  But not to look a gift horse in the mouth, Trump is a good first step.  Only someone with his ego and larger than life public presence could absorb their slings and arrows and bull through.  He may not get it all done, especially the liberty related items, but he will pave the way for the future people who do.

That's why someone who loves America should support Trump.

Did the FBI under Comey seek a FISA order without a signed order from Barack? Does a mafia boss sign orders? Does the NSA record all wired communications? Do spies lie and present false information? A secret court issuing ex parte warrants is no court at all. How do you confront false applications to such court?

Trust in US government employees is an American heresy. Has the FBI lied to convict?

Would NSA employees alter transcripts or audios they submit?

Do you trust Barack or his appointees? Would any act as, "their end justifies their means?

Do you believe government empowered hacks would only blackmail the guilty, but not frame the innocent with false information?
