Japan Warns Citizens To Prepare For North Korean Missile Attack

Tyler Durden's picture

Via TheAntiMedia.org,

As the United States begins to move elements of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system to a deployment site in South Korea earlier than expected - in the name of defending against the “evil North Korea” of the mainstream narrative - Japan is warning its citizens they’ll have little time to find safety if Kim Jong-un launches an attack.

From the Washington Post:

“North Korea might be talking about building missiles that can reach the United States, but Kim Jong-un’s regime already has lots of missiles that can reach Japan. So the Japanese government is preparing its citizens in case a missile comes their way — possibly with less than 10 minutes’ warning.

“The prime minister’s office issued new ‘actions to protect yourself’ guidelines this week, including for the first time instructions on how to respond if a North Korean ballistic missile is heading toward Japan.”

The government’s advice, essentially, is to find cover, meaning a sturdy building or structure — in itself a largely ineffectual tip, given their own guidelines admit “It is extremely difficult to be able to pinpoint missile landing areas before their launch.”

So, randomly choose the right building and you might make it.

As to after the missiles launch and the warning bells sound, one Japanese mayor wants people to understand they’ll have precious little time to act.

“A missile may not be detected as soon as it leaves the launch pad…and that could take several minutes,” said Osaka Mayor Hirofumi Yoshimura, according to The Japan Times. “Depending on the case, the warnings and alarms might only sound four or five minutes before a missile arrives.”

Just like its counterpart in the United States, the Japanese government wants its citizens to understand that the North Korean threat is real — though, apparently, there isn’t much they can do about it should Kim Jong-un choose to attack, despite what the mainstream narrative would have you believe.

What you gonna do when the bombs start to fall?

What is the thing you could do, now, to most improve your chance of surviving each of these three perils?  1) Remember the excellent information in this goofy dude's videos. 2) Have water stored at shelter 3) Have food stored at shelter.

If North Korea starts targeting Japanese and South Korean nuclear power plants, then the best advice to the citizenry is to get on a boat or plane and get the hell out of country.

Hitting Japanese nuke power plants and their spent (used) nuclear fuel pools (where multiple sets of used sets of used reactor fuel rods are stored next to the reactors) would unleash vast amounts of ionizing radiation.

Many Japanese nuclear power plants are located on the west coast of Japan, and they all have multiple reactors and spent fuel pools. Prevailing winds would carry the radioactivity across Japan, leaving the lands uninhabitable.

It would be much worse than Fukushima, because none of the spent fuel pools there were destroyed.

No evidence that NK has a deliverable bomb, or any ability to guide their missiles accurately. Patriot systems are  very effective against old time ballistics like NK uses. More credible threat is a dirty bomb in a shipping container or strapped to a suicide bomber. Not much to see here.

... China hates Japan with a passion ... (they'll never forget Japan's massacres and atrocities against China) ...

... North Korea is China's ally ...

...  China supplies NK with arms?   ... who knows ...

... payback time?  ... hell if I know ...

Japan is very useful to the Party, whenever things are going badly, Japan can be wheeled out and the populous forget what it was they were angry about. Besides that, econmic ties between the two are vast - Japan supplies a lot of the machinery that is used in Chinese factories to name but one area. And finally any radiation cloud or contamination would most likely come China's way too.

So there is no realistic interest in the Chinese attacking Japan, directly or indirectly.

I'm all for allowing a million or so Japanese emigrate to the USA. It will help dilute the infected stuff we now have.

one popular expression the japanese use when they see the stupid shit happening in the usa is "it's good to be japanese". except for a short period early in the 20th century when japanese workers went to california and hawaii for work the japanese in general have no interest in living in the usa but they like to visit, especially hawaii, nyc and disney world/land.

PrayingMantis's picture

... >>> " Japan supplies a lot of the machinery that is used in Chinese factories to name but one area. " ...

... on the murky watery surface, that logic might bob up and down with the waves, but it might quickly sink ...

... because money talks ...

... I'll give you some sobering examples ... the US hates Iran with a passion, (that I'm sure most people here would agree ... not because of some blatant ideologies of being a "threat" to the US (or perhaps being a threat to Israel), but also because Iran is a non-RedShield participant ... and even if Iran would embrace the (((Red Shield))) manifesto, their religious beliefs would prevent them from charging bank "interests" because it's a form of "usury" and against their religion   ...  (I don't know how the other islamic countries ignore their own religious beliefs about "usury" ... pick and choose from the Q'uran, I guess) ...)

... yet the US didn't stop them from doing this as recently as Apr 4, 2017 ... "Boeing signs $3 billion deal with Iran's Aseman Airlines" >>> http://money.cnn.com/2017/04/04/investing/boeing-iran-aseman-airlines-3-billion-deal/index.html

... and ... lest we forget the US gifted Iran with a $150 billion dollars (and a Valerie Jarrett smile) that were "hush-hushly" exchanged into euros, swiss francs and other paper denominations because the US had placed "crippling" sanctions against Iran ...

japan is a distraction for china. china really dislikes the west. everything they have done since 1978 has been aimed at getting rid of western influence in east asia. now the koreans are a different matter. they really don't like japan and japan tolerates the koreans. both china and japna consider the koreans the low man on the totem pole.

Itinerant's picture

The problem of pinpointing where the missile will land before launch is further complicated by the fact that the people launching them in this case are having the same problem to their regret.

peopledontwanttruth's picture

The article starts with this comment:

As the United States begins to move elements of its Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system to a deployment site in South Korea earlier than expected

Then we have another article on China beefing up their defenses in response to THAAD being deployed,  Supposedly they were working with the MIC of the USA, this is so USA can get ahead of China, this guy doesn't have missles that can make it out of the bay.

Slight of hand again!!!

The following DEMONIC news headlines are promoting the SPIRIT of FEAR.

Headline: Japan Warns Citizens To Prepare For North Korean Missile Attack

Headline: China To Test New Weapons, Stage Live Fire Drills In Retaliation To US THAAD Deployment

Headline: Democrats Take Government Hostage: Threaten To Shut It Down If GOP Repeals Obamacare

etc., etc., etc.

This is a spiritual battle and has little to nothing to do with man's wisdom and choice.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Key Player in orchestrating events: NERGAL

peopledontwanttruth's picture

AMEN +1000, this is what many don't see, yes there is a deep state running things as the financial powers are pulling the strings but the one you mention is the DEEPER state.   When we can "see" behind the curtain so to speak, it makes more sense why the nations are doing what they are doing, pushing Iran is one of such things.   One would have to ask why are they so afraid of this Persian empire?   Why is Islam being pushed and spread like a disease?

Eccl 1:9, 3:15 gives more insight than we know,

But you are right, the demons are pulling the strings not people,

They won't even have to 'back it', just SHOW IT to be Real and in their possession...

Of course, even doing that would be considered an act of War by the U.S., for the simple reason that it would cause untold chaos in the currency markets - with the majority of that chaos being quite unfriendly towards the $USD/Treasury complex.

I can't remember what team everyone is supposed to be on.

Abe is on his ultra-right wing re-militarization of Japan team, which he has always been. So LDP is telling Japanese to be afraid.. very afraid, and that every yen spent on the SDF (Self Defense Force) and missile systems bought from his US friends in the MIC at enormous cost is well spent.

But, if I lived in Okinawa or Yokohama I would say, what the fuck are these supra-national global imperialist offensive bastards doing making my islands into targets for their power games.

Instead of spending billions on "defense" the Japanese would do much better, and many would prefer, to maintain their peace constitution and tell the US occupation to just fuck-off and get out of Japan. Japan is no longer their colony. The US is not defending Japan. It is using it as bases of "offense" against all and sundry to protect the US's crippled hegemony.

Unfortunately the ruling LDP (Liberal Democratic Party) is bought and paid for by the globalist cabal and Abe, the useless prick, is just a tool of Washington.

If a war starts, of course Japan with all its bases, is a US land based aircraft carrier central to its "Asia Pivot", if not as well depot fur nuclear weapons (illegal under the Japanese constitution, but already abrogated by US actions), which makes it a prime target, irrespective of the values and interests of the Japanese people who have no interest in furthering US imperialist ambitions.

A regional nuclear war could actually be quite interesting. It does not need to escalate further than that. Henry Kissinger advocated limited nuclear wars in the past, and we can now see how intelligent that proposal was.

BorisTheBlade's picture

No wonder he's got a Nobel Peace Prize.

TheNuclearGenie's picture

I urge you to watch the interview with Mr. Kissinger from 1958 where he explains his view on nuclear deterrence. It is amazing that we still don't understand the situation that Mr. Kissinger knew well some 60 years ago. Think what you want about the man but he sure knew his shit when it came to nuclear weapons.

So humanity will take loses, then again so will the pedo fiddling elite.

Do you mean this guy

“Military men are just dumb, stupid animals to be used as pawns in foreign policy.”

Henry Kissinger

TheNuclearGenie's picture

Well, If you look at history it's hard to find another use for military men.

peopledontwanttruth's picture

I can't believe you actually said that.
Do you mean all the ill fated young men whos life was snuffed out earlier and shattered because of power hungry men who lied to them about nationalism, terrorism, some false flag event? Or the greedy banksters who couldn't get enough. Or the spiritual fleecers who misrepresented God? Or down right evil people who the blood and suffering? Most of the people who ever suited up did so unknowingly of the real issues.

DPRK - a laughable name, almost as much as the "United" States of America - has no delivery system capable of launching a nuke father than a few miles.  This is all a fucking dog and pony show.
