Creepy_Azz_Crackaah's picture

Most excellent start.

Department of Education should go to 0 (zip, nada).  Department of Energy down to 10% of its current size.  Keep going.

And why the HELL does this RAYCIST crap exist at all:  Minority Business Development Agency.  "No money foe you, Whitey."

"21st century learning Centers?"

Mostly handouts to friends of the Obama DC Establishment .......................... CUT!

I can't even imagine the extent of the corruption.  No American will qualify for any of this because we do not work for cash and do not have one baby every year.

Troll Magnet's picture

Looks to me like Trump's not cutting enough! Double down, Donald! Double down!

jcaz's picture

Ya know...  I see this, and it just reminds me of how far out of control this shit has spiraled- it's really beyond comprehension;

More disturbing is that this is just scratching the surface.

Scrap it all.

Lunacy.

zorba THE GREEK's picture

If Trump wanted to get real, he would not touch social security or Medicare because they were earned and paid for by working individuals ( even though the money was stolen by the elected officials and used to buy votes ). But he should cut food stamps, Medicaid, free housing and all the free shit programs that go to those who did not earn or pay for them. No more free shit for anyone. Everybody take care of their own family. And if there is no one to take care of you because your family and generations of your family before have all been on welfare, then it is time for you to start working or start begging in the streets. The Mexicans who mulch my garden every year have not been granted seasonal visas this year. I see job offerings just about everywhere I go now. Obama is off making hundreds of millions making speaches and writing books now. The time to stop collecting $50,000 + per year for sitting on your ass and doing nothing has passed. Trump policies are taking effect now and millions of Mexicans are not being allowed to enter the country and work opening up millions of opportunities for every able bodied man to get out there and earn an honest living. The government tit has dried up. Time for everybody to pull your own weight. I know that I and others like me are tired of working and paying for so many privileged and entitled lazy parisites. Wake up and live or lay down and die. As far as I'm concerned, I don,t give a damn either way.

A_V's picture

Get rid of fucking Obama phones

NidStyles's picture

BS Both of those programs are how Welfare is funded in the US.

Tarzan's picture

No shit, like he said, they're freaking stealing it and buying votes!  Was his post too long to read?

Moe Howard's picture

You are part of the problem. Why are [or were] you hiring Mexicans to mulch your yard?

Hire Americans or mulch it yourself.

Tarzan's picture

Nothing wrong with hiring legal Mexicans.  It's called a free market, If I'm hiring, I'm going to hire the hardest workers.

I run a commercial print shop within a much larger company.  When I need extra labor I barrow from the mail room downstairs, I always ask for Rad, ironically, an Iranian imagrant who barely speaks english, but he's respectful, and works circles around most everyone else.

Hating on groups is what they want us to do, to keep us focused on everyone except our real enemies at the tippity top....

soyungato's picture

Legal Mexican are working my garden right now. Hard working people. The year before, I hired two white trash women pulling grass from the yard. Get charged $22 an hour and then they spent half of the time talking instead of working. They showed up late to work and left early but charged the full hour. Just because they are US citizen does not entitle them to a job if they are not qualified.

Yohimbo's picture

heh, im surprised they showed up at all.

did you give them free beer too?

They expect free beer on fridays.

BetterRalph's picture

Experience has taught me next time I hire I require that you can move 20 yards a day by hand, by yourself. If you can't do it, you can't physically keep up with me, so your labor is worthless to me. I also need you to have provided your own vehicle (not cops car chase), tools, meals, gas, booze, smoke(respect rules), inventiveness, creativity, knowledge of all trades in general, and ability to mitigate and correct mistakes quietly, even out of pocket at 2am.(financially stable with a buffer) and make things stand out outstanding with your name on it. No not the squirt gun with round up on the lawn.

Experience has taught me the high carb, low fat, high iodized salt, low nutrient fast food diet, cheap booze, and combusted smoke leads to health problems for sure 100%.
I would assume the system spies to find out these habbits.

when Type 2 diabetes fraud goes away a lot of MONEY disappears from HEALTH CARE fraud/pharma/blood testing/lipitor/loop/scheme and Food Pyramid has to go to Paper Cross-Cut Shredder and those pushing the lies need to stop/be stopped with that USC

Teach the ways forward to Drop 100 lbs, and free the survivors lives up for a second breath at a chance to live normal again.

I don't know what the future brings, but without healthy people nothing will matter about jobs.

greenskeeper carl's picture

Sorry to be the downer, but there are a couple problems with this. One, he doesn't get enough support from the GOP to pass this, it's probably DOA. Two, all that money 'saved' is just going to be dumped in the pentagons lap. It's still going to be taxed, borrowed, or printed and spent on MIC type nonsense like the F35. If he were removing this from the budget that would be a good thing but that's not going to happen. The spice must flow.

Zactly.

It was tried "with a scalpel" in the past and the disease of patronage kept right on spreading. Now its time for a meat cleaver and in 2019 he needs to make the case for an end to base line budgeting to stop all this nonsense.

HumanMan's picture

Unfortunately I believe you. Wish I could say at least that is saving us on debt, but who's to say these things weren't debt funded to begin with, with our taxes simply paying the interest?

azusgm's picture

I thought the 21st century program was already set to drop off. That is the after school program that mostly provides child care for working mothers. There should be tutoring. Around here it is used to employ people with some political pull. The kids in the program don't even consistently finish their homework.

Withnail's picture

Then where will the Womyn's Studies "graduates" work?

They'll just have to learn to bounce on their bosses' laps, like the secretaries of old.

Happy days are here again!

The Ram's picture

These 'cuts' are paltry to say the least.  Anything under 10 Billion or even 100 Billion for that matter is just chump change.  Another false narrative.

I have similar occasional issues with my phone Android HTC with Adblocker. When I check settings, acceptable ads is checked. Without touching the screen, it then unchecks itself and returns to how I set it up.

HumanMan's picture

Warp browser on android serves me well, and I've tried them all. Ad and tracking block built in, made for Qualcomm devices. Optional incognito only mode, night mode, power saving mode. Pro version features additional protections, worth it IMO.

While some of these cuts look good, I don't see anything about reducing the MIC or reducing money to the banksters.

Anteater's picture

Old Bone Spurs' New FAG budget initiative doesn't eliminate a single MIC:Corporate tax subsidy or grant giveaway. Not one!

techpriest's picture

My own thought when looking at it was "not enough." Let's take what we can get though - programs shut down = move in the right direction.

nmewn's picture

Hell yeah, we know what the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Grants and Education...and the...Green Climate Fund and Global Climate Change Initiative...are for.

They are to fund & develop, falsify, doctor, omit or otherwise goal seek "new and exciting ways" to separate more and more Americans from their earnings via the boogey man of man-made global warming.

any_mouse's picture

The DOE is primarily ultra High Energy weapons development.

The rest is cover and public relations.

It is like having laws on specific drug families. You get the rise of designer drugs.

There are limits on known CBRN weapons.

Create a new class of destructive weapons not covered under existing agreements and profit!

Who do you think developed depleted uranium projectiles? Who has the most depleted uranium and would like to dispose of it somewhere other than US soil?

The DOE does not serve you.

Defund NATO.  If not protecting US borders, it is not needed.  Barry, Bush were using NATO as the tip of the spear.  Nothing defensive about NATO.

"More Guns, less Butter" budget.

Cut the Guns in half and close half the foreign bases, if you want to spend less and MAGA.

wisehiney's picture

Close all foreign bases, bring the troops home.

Close the borders after deporting illegals.

Put up Star Wars missle defense.

Fuck the world.

BetterRalph's picture

Put Food Pyramid into Paper Shredder, remove personnel still pushing HCLF lies which cause type 2 diabetes to continue on and drop hospital costs by putting prices on all things like Oklahoma Surgery Center has. Then the cost will drop.

Seems like there's already law existing to get it done.

Without this the military budget won't matter.
Neither will jobs.
Nor Rule of Law
