Right but the bankers forced the politicians to give bailouts and endless rule changes. Where were you three years ago when this debate ended?

Amen. The people are the problem! Acceptance of wealth redistribution in any form is the problem. The bankers are just smarter at getting wealth redistributed to themselves.

Personally - I blame Arthur Laffer, Phd. Telling politicians they could cut taxes and but continue to spend - and "grow our way out" was akin to telling a crack addict that it is really everyone's else's fault - "here - have some more crack".

Banking/Finance is just a "utility" in terms of society. It should be treated/regulated/viewed as a utility - no more - no less. TPTB really got confused - they thought these guys could manufacture 21 nickels in a dollar and this time was different...

The Greek people need to think more globally. The wisdom of central banks is what needs to be respected here. They need to accept the fact that this deal is for the greater good, of which Greece is a tiny part.

Central banking and Keynesian economics is akin to the invention of the wheel, or the discovery of fire. It is the next step in our evolution as a species. Modern monetary policy, where educated economists like Ben Bernanke can control the volume and velocity of money, and therefore control the economy is something we all need to embrace. The chaos created by laissez faire  markets is what has caused all of the problems we see now. It is only through wise manipulation of markets, and firm control of the international monetary system that we have a real chance at this. A chance at a new world. A world where central control of the monetary system supplants the rule of jungle economics. A world in which nations recognise their fair share of the debt.

Let's think about this for a moment. The unelected Greek leader agreed to an austerity plan that the Greek citizens have no intention of complying with while accepting more German money that the Greek citizens have no intention of paying back. Who knows how long the Germans will keep giving them money not to default. Unless I am missing something it seems to me that the Germans that should be rioting over their leders lending money to a country with no ability or intention to repay and lousy collateral (olives and olive oil?). It seems like they should continue partying like its 1999 and play nice with the Germans. Opa!

Just out of curiosity, would those of you who are applauding the Greek reaction to austerity evidence the same degree of support for 150,000 laid-off US Postal workers or BLS employees, cut in order to reduce US deficits, who took to the streets and began to burn buildings and businesses as their bread and circuses were taken away?

I keep reading the Greek story, and what I see is that PUBLIC sector workers (people whose salaries and benefits are the deficit) are being laid off and having benefits cut.  Society as a whole also pays because that deficit spending and those public sector salaries filtered through the economy, and now will not.  (This will be ours later, as all of us in some way have benefited, directly or indirectly, from the deficits in our own countries.)

I could better understand if banks were being torched in Frankfurt or Amsterdam.  Perhaps I am wrong, at least according to a common ZH reader zeitgeist, but the problem is the bank bailout, not the austerity, and the victims are those with excess savings who now must fund the bankers' poor lending decisions to the Greeks.

As much as I hate public unions the answer would be yes. Reason being if it weren't for all the bs the banks and politicians have pulled we wouldn't be in near the mess we are now.  Trillions on war, trillions to banksters and trillions to foreign countries and it's all grandmas, the working man, the disabled and the unemployeds fault. Bullshit.

A gun store was looted.  One can only hope that Prime Minister Lucas Papademos gets his motherfucking head blown clean the fuck off as this POS cum belching whore wasn't even elected by the Greek people but was put in place by our fucktard overlords at the IMF so they would have someone that wouldn't mind screwing the Greek people over.  I have a feeling his days are numbered. As they should be.

NDAA, etc etc etc etc and shit like this:

http://www.dvafoto.com/2010/06/three-us-states-make-recording-police-act...

Make it all too obvious what is being prepared for.  Nothing like our masters having so much time to prepare for this event in the US.  Personally I think it would be a huge adrenaline rush to take a 12ga shotgun to one of the stupid little minature police helicopters that will taz your ass.  30,000 drones in our skys?  Gee that won't interfere with flight safety will it?  These bastards have taken shit way too far and im pretty sure riots will begin to intensify in the US when the weather warms up.  Spy on farmers???? Are there speeding john deers in the cornfields???

My opionion is the "words out" and the creeps at the NWO are stepping on the gas peddle to the end goal.  Of course we also have the option of observing what will happen just as our overlords do. If they do manage to pull the EU together after all this and come out with crap like digital currency then we'll know we're really fucked.  I don't see it ever working.

I think you're confusing the directed microwave (really millimeter wave) "crowd control" with the high intensity focused sound "crowd control." The millimeter wave systems make your skin feel like it's burning.

Fortunately, crude RF shielding, such as a big piece of window screen made of aluminum (or any other conductive material), can reflect the millimeter waves. The secret is making sure that the holes in the shielding are smaller than the wavelength of the directed energy.

#1 Hell no. Of course if someone did I don't think they would blow their cover?

Most of my posts are inflammatory.  Last time I checked it wasn't illegal to hope that someone dies.  I never said I was going to do it.

As far as the land of the free comment.........so you say.  We can scream all we want but no one listens.  There are riots all over Europe for ACTA, Obama signed it into law without even discussing it because it's an "international" issue.

I'm not a rarity by any means. There are millions in the US that are fed up with this bullshit, losing everything we have and watching that idiot gov't proclaim massive recovery all day long on tv and the never ending stock market rally while all your neighbors 40 year old kids are living at home with worthless college degrees.

People will soon enough find out that peaceful riots, and even violent ones, don't exactly do a whole lot of good if the people in the government are still in place.

Look what just happened in Greece: Whole place is up in flames, it gets voted in anyways and to top it all off the gov't officials that voted against it got fired.

Protesting is like 2 nuclear powers going to war without dropping the bomb.  That is why it's an endless spiral down because there's always the "nuke" option in both cases and until it's utilized there is no clear winner.  I'll leave it for you to decide what the nuke option is for the protestors.  There's only 1 solution and it's not political.

..the barbarians, who forced beautiful Europe to get down Zeus’ “back” and made her a prostitute

...the unworthy Europeans, who in 1945 “took Europe down” from “Mount Olympus” and in 2012 relinquished “enslaved” Europe to the Phoenician loan sharks.

Germans are proved to be the easy solution to breach Europe’s door. Whoever wishes to “set foot” on Europe and demolish it, the only thing he has to do is to “fool” the Germans. For a second time in less than fifty years, Europe’s idiots become the victims of foreigners and they serve their interests at the expense of Europe …it is for the second time that they take money from foreigners and they turn against their European “brothers” under their lenders’ orders …it is for the second time that the family’s fool takes “candies” from the “#r” of the neighbourhood in exchange to get him into the “bedroom” where the younger “siblings” sleep …In the “bedroom” which is common today due to the European Union...

Germany handed all the European countries over to the Jewish loan sharks, by naively believing that this way they would let Germany free. Germany put the European family at the “target” of the “markets” and it is collecting profits every time one of its members gets “executed”. The loan sharks who pretend to be the “hunters” are shooting safely in the European “hen house” because Germany has managed to “raise walls around” Europe. One after the other, Europeans are destroyed so that Merkel can pay the stupid and artificial German debts to the loan sharks.

As in all previous instances, once again its “fairy tale” is extremely misleading. Nazi Germany who used to destroy Europe in the name of the Greek ideals, does the same thing today. The surrendered, corrupting, competitive after receiving subsidies and extremely anti-European Germany pretends to be the unrivalled European power that fights for the European unity and against the corruption. This country that took advantage of the unification to serve its national interests, requires from the other countries to sell themselves out in the name of this unification. This country that even today keeps corrupting anyone around it, it threatens the corrupted ones. It “vomited” over a whole continent and now it is looking for the “spot” on its victims to punish them.

Yes that's a big reason they don't want to default: save banksters at all cost even if the people burn the whole SOB to the ground it still won't be a default.

Curiously if this keeps up it's a spiral that will engulf any bailout because of the lack of economic activity.

Greece:  Exit the euro and declare 100% DEFAULT.

That's the good news.  The better news (for those who live in Greece, not the banksters) is that you will need to cut back pointless and excessive government expenses, which will make your country and economy healthy again.

The biggest barrier is the small group of totally bought-and-paid-for politicians who do what the banksters pay them to do, not what the people want them to do, and not what they know is best for the country.

The banksters control essentially every government on earth at this point.  The people need to "just say no" and stop obeying.  Period.

Loan sharks knew that if they took the dollars printing machines under their control they could suffocate the world ...they could initially suffocate USA and after taking the USA from the Americans, they could move and suffocate the whole world and take the countries from their people.

FED printed cheap money and loansharking multiplied this money in an unnatural way within the American economy boarders and they discarded them abroad so that they did not threaten USA. USA became the first state in the world with artificial “breathing”...

It cannot be possible but just in the USA for only the last year, more than one million houses were seized. It cannot be impossible but the New World has returned to tents and shelters ..has returned to the ages of Columbus. It cannot be possible that we allow to a few loan sharks looting the toils and the assets of people...

I agree, except for one thing.

It is entirely possible if not likely that the predators-that-be and predator-class will get away with permanent enslavement of mankind.

Actually, the way I see it is this.  The predators-that-be and predator-class have converted all but 7-thousand to 7-million of the 7-billion humans on this planet into two-legged sheep.  The 7-thousand to 7-million actual humans who remain find it so difficult to find any other humans around that pretty much all of them only take individual actions to avoid the predators-that-be and predator-class.  Given the state of monitoring, police-state, communications and military technology available today, the predators-that-be and predator-class are quite confident that the 1-part-per-thousand to 1-part-per-million who retain rational intellect have no chance.

Yes, in any sane world, it would be completely impossible for a few thousand predator-thugs to completely enslave (and soon destroy) the vast majority of mankind.  However, the current world is completely insane, and very, very, very, very, very few sane humans remain.  The outlook is much worse than most people believe, because they think like you: "it just can't happen".  Fact:  it has.

The Emergence of the Financial Inquisition World Order

In 1492 the new world was discovered and the Catholic Kings of Spain entered into the last bastion of Islamic presence in Granada, expulsing in its wake the Moslems and the Jews from their lands.

A Spanish Pope elected in Rome would start the most corrupt period of Papal power known to date, built on "the end justifes the means"; cynical power play immortalised by Machiavelli in his treatise, THe PRince, henceworth the bible for all political constructs in western world during the nation-state period upto and including, with increasing virulence, present times.

Pope Borgia, would divide the Oceans of the world between Spain and Portugal, at the treaty of Tordesillas in 1494, and the race to plundering the riches of Amerindia would be on.

The Catholic kings of West and their friendly Pope would start a tradition making Hapsburgian united Spain the centre of the world, with the accession in 1519 to title of Holy Roman Emperor of their grandson Charles V. The installment of the Spanish Inquisition and the forays of Cortes, Pisarro and Balboa would make Spain uber-alles nation, world wide master of Europe, owning huge swathes of France and Low COuntries, controlling Italy, Austrian EMpire and the new world. The Pope would then be deemed irrelevant, as the World nation state in 1527 under Charles V had Rome burnt by his troops. It now had its own statist machinery of the Inquisitorial Order; initiated under Torquemada and aggrandised by his successors.

Now fast forward to West in 1980-1990 :

The new Catholic Kings of West would be the alliance between Thatcher and Reagan, just like that of Isabella and Ferdinand.

The reconquest of NEW Hispanolia would be the deregulation of markets and creation, in conjunction with Big Bang in City, of WS supremacy under Paul Volcker's supervison at FED; a well thought out global financial strategy planned like a war of reconquest against the "enemy within", the trade unions and "welfare state construct" of Keynesian age since FDR/Labour government days. Reaganomics would triumph and NEW labour and Bush/CLinton, its children, would install the NWO after Berlin Wall Collapse and create Outsourcing model with Chindia collusion. The plundering of RM and cheap labour of the world could begin. WIth GWB as Charles V its inheritor and his conquistadors in Irak and Afghanistan, around the sacred gold of the new halls of Montezuma!

We are there now. And in this construct, both democracy and republic go out of the window! We are in NWO global Oligarchy like a world domain belonging to the NEW HAPSBURGS.

The metrics of OLD AGE of democracy and Republic and its so called free market construct are now OBSOLETE : the DEBT/GDP ratio is now deemed meaningless in NWO construct; "we own you all sheeple as we own all RMs" sing the Oligarchs who now bow to new lords of world. THe multinationals, like Pisarro and Cortes, can horde their gold in the Barbary coast of Carribean islands, and use the new electronic instruments of power to invest it wherever they like!

THe world is their play ground and we are all pawns on their chessboard. All institutions of power kneel to them, like Pope of old to Imperator.

Well, in Athens they now realise how this game will be played! Unlimited debt is no longer the issue as all labour and RMs are owed to the people in purple. "We can cook the books forever, we can cook you in a baked oven; we can rook you, as you are well and truly hooked! Even TIME bows to us."

New world order, new Financial Inquistion, new expendable jews/moslems/amerindians, slave labour for future generations...Simple, history repeats!!

Now, ask yourself how long did that Hapsburgian Empire last? What caused its demise and what were the consequences for those who practised the spanish inqusition and wore its red and purple...?

History is Nemesis to all hubris. Since Hector faced Achilles on walls of Troy and they both died, as did their civilizations bringing to an end the age of HEroes. So sang Homer, son of History, passer on of tradition and wisdom. Only Ulysses survived to carry the torch for the search of new frontiers and created in his wake the Mediterranean civilization!

The torch never goes out. Empires do.

The victory of Empire builders is ephemeral in the eyes of history; its ruins eternal. So said Diogenes to Alexander as he prepared to cross over to Asian continent. But Alexander had his own Karma...

Just visit Athens and ROme and you'll see this universal truth in all its material evidence of magnificent past splendour. TIme's arrow!
