It's not a default. We're just skipping it. Might make it up later when we can, so bear with us. And after all it is voluntary. Nobody forced us not to pay.

Even worse, they use the rumor of skipping an interest payment to push the share price down, buy up a packet of it and then make the payment and watch the price go right back up as the HFT's get back on it.

Prepare to be foreclosed upon, just ASKING questions like that at some banks is reason to declare you out of contract and ask you to pay the total due, now

2. "Mull" your options on your payments publicly, stock tanks 50%
3. Stock tanks you cover it at 1.00 area and use the profits to make your next payment, stock fully recovers.

Caution should be exercised for anyone thinking of buying soon to expire puts in an IRA on a stock that might be halted. The brokers won't let you exercise because you would be short the shares until
they're unhalted (and you can't be short in an IRA).
Learned this the hard way recently.

Thought about replacing my dsl with their Clear 4g product but when I googled a little bit online I found hundreds of complaints about the way they do business. Its a great concept to have totally portable 4G that you can take with you anywhere but if you treat people like dirt your reputation becomes crap and no one wants to use you.
I meant to mention this a couple of weeks ago, the local Clearw're store was operating one day and gone the next. The sign taken off the building, a note taped to the door saying they were closed permanently. They had thousands of customers and now when you go to the website to "FIND A STORE" and input your zip code it just says no store available. This leaves a whole lot of customers in the lurch. The manager of the Blockbuster next door told me that he heard the people running the Clearwire had borrowed a lot of money and muscle showed up to bust up the place and beat it out of them. But you know how rumors are. I actually signed up with them last year but when we went to install the gear there was a huge redwood blocking the signal from their satillite.
Convert Clearwire into a bank like GS did...then get showered with endless Free Money from the Fed Window....and Big Fat Bonuses to boot!
