Thanks...from the link there's an explanation: "Eligible silver can become registered, and vice-versa. (i.e. the owner can decide to make his silver available for sale at a certain price). This is seen almost daily in the adjustments section of the COMEX inventory data reports."
So...it may be that someone's about to make a large chunk of silver available for sale on the market or it's just being made ready for delivery? I'm still confused.
