Crude Over $100

Tyler Durden's picture

Crude futures soaring by nearly 2% overnight to over $100 is what all those evil, evil speculators at work looks like. That, or the Federal Reserve's "all in" bubble reflation policy perhaps. No, it has to be the speculators: the margin hiker-in-chief said so. And for those who are surprised by Crude's move into triple digit territory, which in turn will send gas prices to the highest they have ever been for this time of year just in time for the election, wait until the reality of $150 oil is priced in, which as we explained yesterday, is the matched price for a $4 trillion Fed balance sheet.

For even better lulz, consider that the middle-east is about to blow sky high,  Israel is going to hit Iran right after the election (as planned) and Russia is getting ready to bend Europe over the table and hike gas prices to the roof.

If anyone thinks *any* of this shit is priced in, they need to put the bong back on the shelf and open a window.

I think the Fed's move is cover for the BLS to manipulate the UE rate to 7.9 or lower by 11/1.  See, if the rate comes down...well, the Fed made it happen!

Oil is still an election bugaboo....but there's the SPS!

Once Obama is re-elected.......... the Fed pulls the rug out from under the market.... down 20%-30%.  At that point Obama does not care about the SP 500..... no more elections for him.

We jumped from $3.58 to $3.999 Monday. Google "Speedway/Greedway". They're the market leader in the states they're in, and 30-cent jumps are the norm for them.

But, anyhoo: refinery/ipeline issues(whether fabricated or not), the ME about to explode, the Bernank running the printing presses at full-speed, it's all part of the perfect storm. The shit WILL hit the fan, and when it does, it will be the peanut butter variety. The more you try to get rid of it, the more it spreads.

There are rumors out of Israel that their military is highly active in the last week; general preparedness, moving toward Sinai and missile defense systems.

Over a year ago Obama was rumored to have told his insiders that they would have war no later than Sept/Oct of this year. The Israelis were rumored to have purchased a lot of oil futures based on that promise. Now publicly Obama is saying that he will not consider war until after the election and Bibi is Publicly throwing temper tantrums. Publicly Obama is refusing meet with Bibi. Who knows what is really going on.

Supposedly all of this is coordinatd through a central authority, the same authority that runs the US corporation and high level (higher level than the president) military, spying and space programs.
