European Bank Run Full Frontal
Update: due to popular request, the definition of EAP5 is as follows: "EAP5 are Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece and Ireland", less politically correctly known as the PIIGS. See here.

The DET definition of intellectual impairment is adapted from the American Association of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD, 2002).
Intellectual impairment is characterised by significant limitations both in intellectual functioning and in adaptive behaviour as expressed in conceptual, social, and practical adaptive skills...
Google might have failed me this time...1
Actually, the graph above resembles one from page 23 of the 2012 Credit Suisse Global Outlook paper, (you can find the entire thing here (on scribd), no PDFs, so friendly for the more wary out there) where Credit Suisse uses the EAP5 denominator in the same fashion. The two graphs are remarkably similar, barring that the recent downturn in "Germany + France" in the graph on ZH is lacking on there2. The 2012 report accredits the graph to ECB, Credit Suisse & a cursorary trawl of "ECB EAP5" shows that it's only found one other time on the internet: this World Bank 'Global Development Finance' paper from 2003 - which seems to be either in a language for which I don't have the codecs (possibly Serbian?) or the decoder to the scrambling.
Have fun...
p.s. That report weighs in @ 172 pages. Just imagine what we could be doing if all that brain-power was fixed on solutions.
