We needed an Austrian economic thinker who understood that the bubble must be backed out, debt must be written off, failure must be allowed to fail, and the banking system needs to be torn down, Glass-Steagall reimposed, and a new banking system put in its place WITHOUT THE FEDERAL RESERVE.

Sorry to burst your bubble thinking she was giving Obama the finger (although it is well-deserved) but it has nothing at all to do with what she is talking about. Most likely she thought she was off-camera when she did this. Notice that it cuts to the clip of the podium immediately after she does this, within a second or two. Someone was probably prompting her or saying something on the earphone that irritatated her and she gave them the finger. It's funny, but most certainly not directed at Obummer.
