While watching the live-stream of Obama's third State Of The Union speech here, why not enjoy BNP's 'p(o)ints game'?
Thanks to BNP's Bricklin Dwyer for the 'game' below and for noting that Obama's approval rating is 44% (approval has tracked the stock market/GDP higher since October's sub-40% trough) versus a disapproval rating of 47%.
For those looking for the over/under on the speech length, Obama's speeches have averaged 1:05:27 (and average only beaten by Clinton)

The leader is giving a very eloquent speech tonight. Very well done. His popularity will rise greatly after all the reassurance and big plans delivered so nicely. A strong far reaching federal government makes them feel comfortable and safe. He is sure to be re-elected.

Looking at the last proposal, it only stated at what point in during talks will the subject'possible' dirivitives be excluded from being traded. At no point did it address 'if you tell me about yous, I'll tell you about mine' in the exchange of info between Reps. Nor was there any teeth provided to go off shore to inspect trading records.
So, like everything else from Obama... B.S. sound bites.

The very best State of the Union Game is to listen until the first lie, then just turn it off. This saves a great deal of tiime in one's life. This speech, for example, would have been terminated after the third sentence: the one about having made the country safer and our reputation stronger.
