we are taught that world wars are very expensive and that the u.s. paid for world war two by doubling the population[damn baby boomers]. so in high school i would ask, if that is true, how did the germans fight two world wars and lose them both and than by the sixties were the strongest economy in europe? teachers never could or would answer that question. than in the mid 1990's i was researching the federal reserve on the internet and found cornell university had the complete federal reserve act online. i then stumbled upon the nurmberg trials online. i started reading the trial transcript...you know i read about all the inhuman treatment yada yada yada, when it struck me to reasearch the trial of the german bankers!!!!! well that didn't get far as whole pages were redacted with black magic markers...hmmmmm????? mans inhumanity to man for all to see ...but don't want anyone to read about how the germans paid for the war??????
It is worth remembering that the core principal by which top Nazis were tried at Nuremburg was that "By virtue of their command authority they either knew, or should have known, of the atrocities being committed under their command." In other words, the principle of 'the buck stops here' is enshrined in international law ratified by the judges at Nuremburg and signed onto by all the "allies" including the US.

Simply an amazing feat when you think about it - they've been able to lose at least $250,000,000,000 within the space of 8 weeks.
