Tyler Durden's picture

Earlier, we heard Dick Bove's take on the fraudclosure settlement. Now it's time for the TOTUS' spin.

Your comment is a total, absolute, useless, divisive, FAIL.

Really.  Have any facts to back up your argument?  Please enlighten us.

Make your point - assuming you have one.

You are still down the rabbit hole painting the roses red.

Politics is the distraction.

Voting doesn't matter.

Good response.  I would just add this...  Every now and then on this blog you will see a comment prefaced with something like "I woke up 2 1/2 years ago", or something along those lines.  Now, there are a good number of commentors here who know exactly what that means.  For many others though it's phhht, right over the top of the old melon.  Now, pulpy, just for shits and giggles ask yourself this question sometime; what do they mean by that?  Nice roses by the way ;-p

You are nothing but an unwitting agent of divide and conquer. That you'd try a left vs. right division on these pages merely demonstrates your immature views of government.

Simply put, government is the most organized form of crime, albeit in cheaper suits. That you'd promote it as a beneficial social system displays your belief in fairy-tales.

There comes a time to put away childish things. None more so than the belief that criminals have the capacity, let alone the ability to provide efficient goods and services, rather than pretending to do so while pocketing the money.

This "settlement" should settle that question once and for all. But only if one chooses to observe reality for what it is, not for what we want it to be.

Here's the deal PulpCutter:  Sure, these votes are probably correct.  But what people are trying to tell you is that the two parties do not matter because the outcome is the same.  The bills would have passed one way or another with different vote tallies because that's what TPTB dictated.  Few here believe having Republican control would be better than Democrat, and you won't find many fans of Romney, Santorum or Gingrich.  You will find Ron Paul advocates because he's the only one in the race who has consistently stood for something else altogether.

The Left:Right paradigm is false and just something to keep us all diverted amongst ourselves while the real game is played out of sight.  Voting is manipulated by Diebold machines and the outcome is predetermined.

As for the financial services industry, who was their favorite candidate last time around?

Here's a little song for you:  http://bit.ly/wClTHY

I will rather not speak my mind at length here, because it will be politically and religiously incorrect... I might be classified as an enemy of the Planet of the Apes or something even more honorable. Needles to say, I am looking forward to the day when the sun will shine warmly again upon the face of Western man, when we don't have to put up with all this BS and evil. May we grow the balls to truly and really kick ass...

I'd settle for Americans merely exercising their right to vote again.

We have virtually the lowest voter turnout in the world.  Into that power vacuum have stepped corporate money and the special interest groups.

@PulpCutter I've already heard that BS hundred of times. You clearly don't have a clue how they go about their business... vote rigging and all that goes with it, do you?

PulpCutter - see comment above.

If you choose to vote, bring a coin to flip for each button on the Diebold you push.  The results will be the same.

Thirty years of voting and following politics and it is clear to me that it does not matter who is elected; both sides collude to punish the responsible, reward the indolent, enrich themselves, and strip the rights of the individual and condone treachery.

Civil disobedience, revolt, collapse, and rebuilding from the ground up is the only thing that will change things.

Stop smoking the hookah and playing at tea with the Mad Hatter and the March Hare and return to sobriety.

I voted with my feet long ago.  I'm never going back again--they can't make me their fool any longer!  Voting is just being a fool for a day. Well, you're probably a fool for your whole life, but definitely on election day if you believe this farce!

Obama can't explain how borrowers who defaulted on their loans suffered monetary damage due to robosigning.'

This is WEALTH REDISTRIBTION BY POLITICIANS (aka Attorney Generals).

"Obama can't explain how borrowers who defaulted on their loans suffered monetary damage due to robosigning."

It's easy enough to explain. Such loans got dealt by drug dealers ($ is a drug) that was illicit. Namely, "ninja" loans. The dealers knew it was illegal and they used robo signing to disguise the ID of the perps. They crashed the world economy, as all and sundry bought the mbs farm.

Now the perps must pay. They cannot prove a right to foreclose and no foreclosure should be allowed.

Because that would've made SIX. FIVE in this case, is a much better number. First, it's manageable (only takes one hand), yet is controllable (problem confined to a single hand). Six, on the other hand (sorry, couldn't resist), leaves four potential lose ends, which is dangerous to confidence in leadership.

Hope that clears it all up!
