U.S. SUPREME COURT UPHOLDS CORE OF OBAMA HEALTH CARE
Here we go:
- OBAMA'S HEALTH-CARE OVERHAUL UPHELD BY U.S. SUPREME COURT
- 5-4 decisions, with Roberts joining the court's liberals.
- Court says federal government can’t threaten to withhold money from states that don’t fully comply on Medicaid extension
- CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS SAYS MANDATE IS NOT A VALID EXERCISE OF CONGRESS' POWER UNDER COMMERCE CLAUSE AND NECESSARY AND PROPER CLAUSE
- HEALTH LAW'S MEDICAID EXPANSION LIMITED BY U.S. SUPREME COURT -RTRS
- ROBERTS, JOINED BY TWO JUSTICES, SAYS MEDICAID EXPANSION VIOLATES CONSTITUTION -RTRS
- FOUR JUSTICES DISSENT, SAYING THE PATIENT PROTECTION AND AFFORDABLE CARE ACT GOES BEYOND -RTRSCONGRESSIONAL POWERS UNDER CONSTITUTION -RTRS
- ScotusBlog conclusion: So the mandate is constitutional
- The bottom line: the entire ACA is upheld, with the exception that the federal government's power to terminate states' Medicaid funds is narrowly read
- The ACA is upheld as a tax, not a penalty
The bottom line from the WSJ:
A quick overview of the ruling: A divided Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the Obama administration’s health-care law, in one of the most anticipated high-court rulings in a generation. The court said Congress was acting within its powers under the Constitution when it required most Americans to carry health insurance or pay a penalty—the provision at the center of the two-year legal battle. It upheld the mandate as a tax, in an opinion by Chief Justice John Roberts.
The ruling is a victory for Democrats and President Barack Obama, who had passed the biggest reworking to the health system since the creation of Medicare in the 1960s and faced the prospect of the court nullifying their effort. It also averts disruption for hospitals, doctors and employers who have spent more than two years preparing for changes in the law.
Even as the law’s fate was in doubt, the administration moved ahead with implementing its provisions. It has been negotiating with states to set up exchanges where consumers can buy subsidized insurance policies and sign up millions of lower-income Americans for Medicaid. Some states, including Florida and Texas, refused to cooperate because they expected the law to be overturned.
For Mitt Romney, the high court\’s decision basically means he won\’t have to change his stump speech. Expected to speak later today, Mr. Romney is sure to promise to repeal the law if he\’s elected. It also means he\’ll face less pressure to offer specifics on what he\’d replace the law with — a positive for a campaign that tends to shy away from details.
And more from the WSJ's Brent Kendall
More from inside the court, from our Brent Kendall, who will be going through the ruling line by line: The court’s ruling is largely a victory for the Obama administration. The court’s 59-page opinion rejects the government’s primary argument that Congress’s power to regulate interstate commerce gives lawmakers the authority to require citizens to buy insurance or pay a penalty. But the court goes on to uphold the insurance mandate on other grounds. “It is reasonable to construe what Congress has done as increasing taxes on those who have a certain amount of income, but choose to go without health insurance,” Chief Justice Roberts writes. “Such legislation is within Congress’s power to tax.”

6/10. Your content is good, but you need a little work on the execution.
Hilarious!
At least our Great Men have kept the slavery thing intact.
That's the glory of tradition, I guess.
Thank God! The insurance companies help write this monstrosity. F'em.
I have a hard time seeing how upholding the new healthcare system will make much of a difference once the whole government implodes under its own weight.
Don't you get it? You have to spend money to make money!
SO DON SCALIA is now bowing to the democrat God? wow! talk of blinking hard!
we can't assume anyone has even read it yet
therefore, it stands!
It is interesting that apparent majority here (at ZH not USA) can clearly see the dire situation we are all in, how we got here and who the culprits are, yet fail to connect the dots to Milton Friedman’s ideology (hidden under catchy abstract phrases like free-markets etc.). Instead they blame socialism, communism, unions, people on food stamps, unemployed, opposing political parties, etc.
What’s happening around us is a series of crisis and the Chicago Boyz never ever let a good crisis go to spoil. The people behind them own the media, they own the education system and the above mentioned political parties. Every time when their policies prove disastrous (and they always do) they blame whom? Why, everybody who’s not them. And apparently it works. Even here.
If political change can be achieved through crisis then these crises should be generated...thoughts from the elite.
This is hopefully going to get the Peoples attention that our beautiful country has been hijacked by a select group of Elitests and the perversion of our Constitution is becoming unfettered...
The Declaration of Independence 1776: All men are created equal and there are certain unalienable rights that governments should never violate. These rights include the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. When a government fails to protect those rights, it is not only the right, but also the duty of the people to overthrow that government. In its place, the people should establish a government that is designed to protect those rights
There's always that group of twisted fucks whose happiness depends upon ass fucking anybody then can. Government and big business seem to be the favored methods today.
The sheep are just deer in the headlights between the two.
READ THE BILL FOR YOUR YOURSELF BEFORE SAYING HOW BAD IT IS. Based on the comments so far it is clear you haven't read it.
I suppose...the alternative fiscal scenario is...good?

it doesn't matter- anything that black MF does is gonna be F-ed up
Now, now. He's only HALF black. The other half is self-hating white liberal.
I'd just be content if the people who passed it into law actually read it... (and actually could articulate what it means and how this affects markets and the notion of individual autonomy).
You suppose they actually care. They, particularly democrats read the top line meaning: The Government will take control of healthcare, and like it. That's all they needed to know.
Yeah, it was only what? 32,000 pages? Light reading.
Who doesn't like reading thousands of pages of legislation? Here, I'll mosey on over to FR.gov and get a sample for everyone:
"This administrative action is governed by the provisions of sections 556 and 557 of Title 5 of the United States Code and, therefore, is excluded from the requirements of Executive Order 12866.

The Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, as amended (7 U.S.C. 601-674) (the Act), provides that administrative proceedings must be exhausted before parties may file suit in court. Under section 608c (15)(A) of the Act, any handler subject to an order may request modification or exemption from such order by filing with USDA a petition stating that the order, any provision of the order, or any obligation imposed in connection with the order is not in accordance with the law. A handler is afforded the opportunity for a hearing on the petition. After a hearing, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA or Department) would rule on the petition. The Act provides that the district court of the United States in any district in which the handler is an inhabitant, or has its principal place of business, has jurisdiction in equity to review USDA's ruling on the petition, provided a bill in equity is filed not later than 20 days after the date of the entry of the ruling."
Oh yeah! That is what I'm talking about! Gimme more!
Keep in mind that this is a derivative of legislation that they call a proposed rule. Legislation that gives birth to this giant turd is even more fun!
Why don't you try reading the fucking Constitution?
@HelluvaEngineer
It's been fucked and sodomized for sure!
I suppose you've read, and understand this. Fucking 'tard.
"My God! It's full of stars!"
Actually I have douche bag. Also was in 'Managed Care' for 20 years. You have no idea how you've been fucked- been to the pharmacy lately? Understand pricing? Gotten an "out of network" bill lately? Name me another business where the cash customer is fucked so hard they need to file bankruptcy. So, who's the fucking 'tard? If you're one of those who thinks health care is a privilege, I advise you not to live too long...and move to Texas where you belong with the rest of the "fucking 'tards".
Start looking at the global stats (health, education, life span, etc.) and tell me what a great country this is. idiot.
Hey, Meathead, I work in the industry, too. Let me ask you who set up this system? The government sets the rules, gives all the advantages to insurers and employers and demands lowest prices. Therefore, the cash guy actually has to pay the most so everyone else in the system can be assured they are getting steep discounts. Until recently doctors were not allowed to treat uninsured for free or reduced, right?!? Yes, you know this. If you treated cash patients for a lower price it would negate your contract or you had to treat the HMO patients for the same price, right? Government demands the lowest prices on everything from services to meds. So, if a pharma company gave free meds to the hospital to start patients on then the government had to get all their meds for free, too, right? Yes!
If healthcare is a right then you can walk in anywhere and demand another person serve you without payment. So, it is okay if they go bankrupt fulfilling your theoretical right. It's not a right because it makes slaves out of the providers.
I will happily go to Texas with my "fucking tards" friends. We will live a life free of redistribution and government intervention. You will actually own your property, keep your money, save or not save for retirement and have to honorably negotiate with your healthcare providers as to services and prices.
You go to your government controlled utopia with all your "rights" and free stuff. Let's meet in 20, then 30 then 50 years and see who is doing better, okay? All you other libertarian fucktards please join me in Texas or somewhere similar. I expect John Gault will be sitting with us.
So Obama via the SC just gave us the largest tax increase in the history of the world...
The mandate is not valid-- the overhaul is upheld-- means? Obama care is toast? clearify plz
thank you and cudos to the court.
oops change again-- obama care is good for you-- boo to the court-- hello tyranny -- look for enforcement to follow and road blocks and check points in neighborhoods to insure compliance-- anyone have a spare ID-- I left mine at home and can't get to work--
But it may be a tax!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
The individual mandate was not put in as a tax, the mandate will have to be put to Congress as a tax,I do not see this happening.
Black robes, white ropes...
The socialist takeover is complete.
It is communist not socialist
Strictly speaking, it's neither. It's closer to fascism, because we still have the appearence of private ownership of the means of production.
Not that it makes much difference...
Folks tend to forget that under historical fascist regimes, the political party was also in charge of labor. We aren't forced to join the Republican or Democratic party to secure gainful employment, yet.
That can't be right. In 1939 Germany had near full employment and a population of approximately 80M; Nazi party membership was only 5.3M (http://www.feldgrau.com/stats.html, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nazi_Party#General_membership).
People of a carreerist bent joined because party members were viewed more favorably by the government, true, but then most of our 'top' oligarchs are very politically involved, too.
Sorry, it's been a couple of decades since I read Shirer's "Rise and Fall of the Third Reich". Will have to dig for corroboration...
Here you go:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/German_Labour_Front
http://goo.gl/Mnf8t
So, you didn't need to be a member of the party, however you almost certainly needed to be a member of its sole sanctioned union.
It would've been funny, if Roberst smiled after reading that and said "Gotcha"
WTF, they put it in under the commerce clause and said it wasn't a tax, but the court says it's not valid under the commerce clause but is as a tax.
We are screwed. By the court. Again.
Conyers was interviewed and said it fell under the Good and Well clause.
What dat is?! It be underneef da "Good 'n Plenty" clause! Sho 'nuff!
this sucks-but SCOTUS says that legally I can keep telling chicks at bars that i am a member of SEAL team 6 with Congesssional Medal of Honor in order to get laid
Sick...must be the only chance you have of getting laid
The only thing "seal" about you is the way you bob your head on your knees in a circle of men.
bullshit its constitutional.
"Constitutional" ROFLOLPMP!!! According to the "Constitution" there appears to be no limit to what they can tax you for, how much, or under what conditions. So everything else in the Constitution is basically meaningless. You are free to exercise all your constitutional rights, but do it as a penniless serf!!!
It is a masterpiece of tyranny really. Something Stalin could only dream of. Makes him look so amateurish.
YES!!!! TAX THESE ANIMALS. BLEEEED THEM!! BWAHAHAHAA!!
This is actually a good outcome.
The decision was made based on current jurisprudence. This is positive for the legitmacy of SCOTUS. Interesting that is was the Chief Justice who recognized that the legitmacy of the Court was at stake here.
NOW IF YOU HATE THIS LAW it is up to the legislative branch to repeal it. IT IS NOT PROPERLY A FUNCTION OF SCOTUS to act in an extra-legislative manner.
Btw, i an not an Obama supporter. I am a supporter of the rule of law and the old fashion notion that it is the cornerstone of democracy.
"rule of law"
Good one. Let me know how that works out for you when the stormtroopers come.
There's only one law in this land, and that's who's in power.
The law of rule is all that matters
rule of law? What a Fucking joke
Half of my armory gets buried this weekend. The stormtroopers will be coming very soon.
SCOTUS is supposed to protect the minority from the tyranny of the majority based upon the constitution.
+1 to you lizzy36 - if we don't want this then vote the bums out and get the damn thing repealed. That's my plan this Nov.
I can't believe anyone voted lizzy down... if you did then you believe in legislation from the bench.
Everyone bitches about bernanke acting in an extra legislative fashion. Well SCOTUS has been in the habit of doing the same thing in the past 15 years.
If you don't want the law, than ensure the legistlative branch repeals it.
If you believe the the USA is an illegitmate nation state, then by all means take your guns and tuna and head to the hills.
My point was in the CURRENT context of the US and the alledged democracy the US is suppossed to embody this is a positive decision.
Pretzel logic Lizzy.
Yes. Vote the bums out. Let's see the choices are Obamacare or Romneycare. Now where is my polling booth?
Over there...behind the "superpac" of "independent political expenditures".
Your choices are "who voted for ACA" and "who didn't". This is really easy guys... if (incumbent) and (voted yes for ACA) then (vote out) else (keep in).
If the challenger is for repeal of ACA, all the better.
I agree with Lizzy, as much as I love a good hullaballoo.
Can we stop acting like it's the first time an industry lurched towards consolidation to the detriment of the individual, with token obstruction from the federal govt?
As far as the Spectrum is considered, left and right can claim victory because 1) the left needs any affirmation they could possibly get and 2) the Right needs a good "solid" straw man going into the presidential election.
I'd love to wordle the language of the decision to see how many times the word "tax" is used. The Right's collective dong should engorge incrementally each time that magical word appears. And, this makes Romney's chief shortcoming as far as Right planks are concerned - universal health care in Mass. - as dwarfish by comparison. Obama's left screwed this up before Romney could ever have. So there.
Meanwhile, the mold that is JP Morgan's loss was glossed over, News Corp spins out, and Republican's sued for unlimited campaign contributions. Europe is still fucked up. I imagine something is happening in Syria / Iran theater to the tune of quiet capitulation.
And, who's on Dancing with the Stars? The Yankees are surging! The World Cup!
It's pretty rich that J. Roberts goes out of his way to find some niche under which the payment is purportedly constitutional; that's about as activist as one can get. And hardly positive for the rule of law.
The point is it isn't possible to vote the traitors out. They have perfectly engineers the system to stay in power. The only solution is revolution. They know this and they are preparing. By 2013 it will be too late.
I have to disagree. Legitimacy for what - SCOTUS an an intergral part of the American government checks and balances or legitimacy for the scoundrels occupying the seats.
Frankly, I would have been surprised if the fix had NOT been in on this.
I am going to eat your pony now.
Rule by lawyers is not rule of law.
YES! A "supporter of the rule of law". Step right this way lady, we have a very special luxurious shower that you must register for. It is mandatory according to the latest legislation. It is general de-lousing and very comfortable. We assure you. All electronically lobotomized sheeple will comply. Arbeit macht frei!
The end of the Republic is nigh!
Uh, you missed it a while back...
Personally I think the health care bill was extra-vilified by the Koch brothers as a stalking horse to kill their real target: cap and trade legislation. No early Tea Party rant or website failed to invoke both, and honestly the business community never really gave a shit about this health care crapola (more than, say, the minimum wage). But climate change, that was going to pass when both Presidential candidates were supporting cap and trade, just four years ago... and that had to be stopped.
So this Obamacare hullabaloo was primarily to rope in folks as foot soldiers. Cap and trade is dead, so really they already won. This isn't the main event.
But maybe that's just me.
If you like cap and trade so much, I'd be happy to send you my resulting $600 monthly utility bill to pay. Cap and Trade just like the healthcare overhaul are all about stealth taxes to siphon more money from white working people to transfer to the jew oligarchs and the black and mexican welfare slaves that keep them in power.
Son of a bitch, what the fuck is it with these leftist douchebags. They see a Koch lurking around every corner, behind every curtain, hiding in every shadow.
The bastards vote, too!
Just an observation, backed up with facts. Nothing personal. No reason to hide the facts either...is there?
This was a joke anyway. I admit, the law was poorly written and resulted in litigation which went to the supreme court. If the law would hav been written to raise a flat tax on everyone for (some TBD amount) and the proceeds used to buy insurance for people who qualified and also allow a tax credit (in the amount of the flat tax) for those who already had insurance, this would have been done already.
leave it to congress to make things harder than they need to.
Roberts you fucking turncoat! We are fucked. Go long brown shirts. You heard it here.
Roberts is a Bush guy, Obama and Bush work for the same people.
Just like social security taxes it will all get pick pocketed by the high Theiftans and Banksters! Happy 4th of July everybody!!!
this is how they continue the ponzi

This is a ridiculous opinion. So the government can FORCE you to buy any damn thing it wants you to, and make you pay a penalty (oops, let's call it a "Tax") if you don't. FASCISM.
This is what I stated before. If they used the word "tax" (like it is), this would have been seen as what it really is.
BTW, your junker must be an insurance salesman.
This is the slippery slope of the nanny state... once the government injects itself into the market (in this case paying for peoples' healthcare), it then can justify expansion into ancillary areas (requiring all to have insurance so that, conceptually, the government's share is less burdensome). Same thing will happen with mandating the food eaten by snap recipients... smoking... what activities are "too dangerous" to be covered... etc...
until, of course, central planning meets its inevitable conclusion.
"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void."
Marbury v. Madison 1803
Slippery slope? More like the tug of a nearby neutron star about to disappear behind its own event horizon.
gun ownership
Welcome to Europe's system, you are now in the same boat as us, and it's called Titanic.
CHIEF JUSTICE ROBERTS SAYS MANDATE IS NOT A VALID EXERCISE OF CONGRESS' POWER UNDER COMMERCE CLAUSE AND NECESSARY AND PROPER CLAUSE
Explain that to me?
basically, the federal goverment cannot require you to purchase anything.. but they can tax you..
Which will now be the same thing, I suppose.
Here come the food and rent taxes.
Pretty much..
Taxation of air breathed and bowel movements per day next.
Mandatory taxation by body weight, eggs and ice cream tax, FEMA labor camps for anyone with a BMI over 30.
15% "Health Care Mandate" tax garnishment of all wages to pay for it, funneled directly to insurance companies and corporate hospitals.
Oh, and your home can be bulldozed to build a new hospital, insurance processing center, BigPharma production facility (and to increase municipality tax revenues).
Illegal aliens to get free healthcare and avoid the taxes by moving from town to town or hiding out in home country for six months.
Oh, and Corporations are individuals and have a right to "free speech" and to bribe politicians from here to judgement day to increase taxes on the responsible.
What a country!
don't forget COG and the guns to enforce it--
Now you know what the 400 million hollow points are for.
5 government lawyers agree: their employer is not restrained from forcing you from purchasing health insurance derivatives.
Those of you who think that "judicial review" will somehow protect you are absolutely naive.
Still, the fine is only like $600 a year even in 2016. Might as well not get insurance, pay the fine, and apply for it when you get sick.
This is tyranny almost by definition.
Pretty much... when you get a law upheld on "other" grounds, it stinks to high hell of compromise. The appellate judiciary has always been result oriented, but jfc... Seems to me it's "let's get in all of our curb stomping of the commerce clause (good), but then go ahead and hold our noses and uphold this thing (bad)." Split the baby once again... happens all day, every day in lawyer world.
I just hope they think of me while drinking a margarita on the beach...
I can finally get that 18 " penis i always wanted for FREE!!!!!!
It comes in three 6" segments with a sewing kit.
"He delighted as it stiffended And ripped right through his sock
Oh Saint O'Bomney would be proud of me"
oh, you'll get it alright...
Yup, up the ass without even the courtesy of KY or a reach-around.
"I can finally get that 18 " penis i always wanted for FREE!!!!!!"
But be careful: a transgender patient might lay claim to what penis you have--in the interest of "fairness" you might come out of anesthesia with something other than what you expect. If you have no right right to property what makes you think you have a right to your penis?
If the individual mandate becomes a tax,
RIP American middle class...
What happened to my United States of America?!?!?
One chance left is to repeal in the next administration.
This WILL push Romney over the top in November. We'll just have to see if he actually follows through on his promise to repeal (I won't hold my breath)...
Give it up already. Does "Romneycare" ring a bell. The political system is NOT going to fix your proble.
Yeah, dumbfuck, I've heard of Romneycare. This is only my "proble(m)" because they made it a problem for me. Imbecile...
Whoa a spelling error. Guess you got me. I'm wrong. Vote Romney everybody, because he's going to fix everything, if for no other reason than I said "proble".
Thanks for proving my point for me. As I mentioned above, I'm not holding my breath, but we effectively only have two "choices" in the upcoming election. Whoosh! Right over your head. Keep it coming. I'll bitch slap you down again...
LOL. You really are a moron, aren't you? But I wouldn't want a hard, but stupid, guy like you feeling bad, so........
Vote Romney. He'll repeal Obamacare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You're the one with the reading comprehension issues, hence your "bicycle repairman" OCCUPATION, I'm guessing? Cheers!
You still here? I thought you'd be taking your victory lap? And all this from a guy with an avatar of a male prostitute.
No. I was sunning myself on my picturesque dock on a lake where the SHITTIEST homes start at $1MM. LOL.
NB. Yes, it will. And no, he won't. It's here to stay(and grow and metastize).
Peter Schiff is losing his freaking mind right now on his radio show.....and gold is kicking him in the balls to boot.
Completely unsurprising. Supremes: Bought, paid for.
duplication removed
Never saw that coming. The tyranny now can go full speed ahead. That's what happens when you stack the Supreme Court with liberals.
a triumph of bi-partisan "legal" bankstering
USA! USA!
if economic growth were truly rooted in boilerplate, we'd all be stinkin rich
[i'll be better next tuesday; my check will be here monday...]
GAG, I have said it before and will say it again. Guns, Ammo and Gold. Get prepared.
Get some poly gun bags (http://www.polygunbag.com/) (Not my company), some BoShield T-9, some 40" x 6" irrigation pipe with end caps, a post-hole shovel, and find a quiet place to bury.... some of your long guns and ammo.
better than nothing, but this country still needs to join the civilized world and have single payer. Healthcare should not be a for profit business.
Can't sue a single payor. Hope no one fucks up your surgery or neglects you when you're sick. The hospital will get paid either way.
Hopefully that is a joke, for profit healthcare worked until Hilary Clinton planted the idea of government paid health care in the '90s. Look at a graph of health care costs since HilaryCare was proposed.
I went to the ER in 1992 for a laceration, was there for an hour, bill $80. Went to the ER for a laceration three months ago, didn't need stitches and got dermabond. COST $1800!!!!
For profit healthcare works when there is no insurance and lawyers are kept away. You kill private practice and focus on centralized medicne and this is what you get.
By the way, this is the death knell of private practice; and not just for GP's either. Gone are the days of doctors hanging out a shingle. All medicine, including mental/psychiatric will now be McCorporate. Absolutely horrifying.
Hey asshole if your kid gets really sick or injured and not you but a squad of highly trained doctors and nurses makes your kid better again then should they not make some cash off of it?
I mean hey I suppose you could just have fixed up your kid all by yourself. Oh and why should you pay the garbage man to come and get your trash every week. That should be a not for profit industry right? And the guy that puts tires on your car, should be not for profit right? The farmer that grows your food I guess he should not get paid right?
Go back to junior high. I am so tired of the mindset of people like you. You are part of the problem.
Then you should go to medical school and work your ass off for about 11 years and then work for the price of a Starbucks barista. Live your truth.
Definitely a success...now 50,000,000 are uninsured. (pre-Act 45 million uninsured)
and genius that is a result of our previous failed attempt to make healthcare about profits. ACA is far from perfect, but its better than just letting scumbag insurance companies do as they please. ONe day perhaps this country will join the civilized world with single payer.
thanks for the laugh. i needed that this morning.
Seriously? The insurance company executives all just lit Cubans and opened up the good scotch. They now have access to the money of all those who previously couldn't afford insurance. (They still can't afford it, but now they have to.) That's 50 million or so more people giving them money, and the best part is, they don't have to do the enforcing, since the government is holding the gun.
It was the first post of this thread, but it was so true it bears repeating: Insurance companies FTW!
Flo and the GEICO lizard will all be on TV saying, "You can save up to 15% and avoid government fines and jail time!"
I thought the SCOTUS had more sense than this, just shows yeah, you never know.
Time to buy a few lengths of rope for our politicians. With this ruling they basically said they can take anything we have and force us to do as they wish.
Who knew the SC would be the death panel of the USA
They just opened the door to taxing non-income in the US! It is in black and white above. what the fuck is happening to my country.
They can now freely tax your existance. That's why we escaped the King's rule.
Roberts went over to the lib side a long time ago.
He's gay. What did you expect?
Since Dubya nominated him I thought it was a bit funny.
Please tell me you're kidding. I don't have a problem about him being gay per se, but I also know that homosexuals, like jews, are usually reflexively liberal. That would make 1/3 of the court queer. Jesus H. Christ, G.W. Bush was a worthless shitbox!
I still can't comprehend that it's legal for the government to force me to purchase something. It's simply un-natural and an abomination.
So, everyone, please just move to Missouri - we've already passed a law to protect you from this Fascist healthcare law :)
oh please, the government can tell you to pick up a fucking gun, go across the world and fucking die if it wants to.. Grow up.
Hey, crawldaddy... this is freedom we're talking about here - this isn't kid stuff any longer. I think it's time men in this country start talking about his as free men - in order to maintain our freedom and the foundational principles of this nation we may have to start acting instead of talking.
And if you believe that Mo won't have to or will "submit", I have a bridge to sell you.
Naw, wouldn't want it... once we let enough folks in here to MO we're cutting the bridges and seceding. C'mon over, there's a new land waiting for you in Missouri.
You are the property of the goverment, it is offical.
FUCK YOU JOHN ROBERTS YOU TRAITOR!
That's FUCKING FUCKTARD TRAITOR.
