The ECB has stopped buying bonds - now the Spanish and Italian yields are pumping higher - FAST.

 

When the FED stops buying treasuries - what do you think the result will be?

 

Now we shall see if 'bailing out' works and is sustainable - like we were promised by various leaders.

Here's another scare story for you....

 

Today my mate went to the bank (in the UK) to get some cash - about £2.5k

The woman behind the counter remarked "this seems to be all I've done all week"

 

The UK is withdrawing it's cash - the bank run is spreading across Europe and out into places it shouldn't afffect.

This is not because of confidence (or lack of it) in Sterling - it's about the banks exposure to Europe.

 

We've seen many false dawns - but this looks like the real thing.
