I was curious, does anyone actually watch these?
Once central banks buy up toxic mortgages and treasurys what's to stop them from just wiping the slate clean? The US govt won't mind not having to pay interest and home owners that choose to won't need to pay. Other than inflation, don't see why this doesn't ultimately happen..
