Of course, everyone is now expecting tonight's impromptu ABC "Career ending" interview with Mrs. ex-Gingrich, which may make it a trio. That may happen even despite Perry's imminent enrosement.

After seeing his attempt at running, it makes me wonder how in the hell he ever got elected in Texas. He's vapid.
He was elected because the D candidate's lips were always moving so we knew he was lying. We already had kinda house trained Perry, so it was better the snake you know than the one you don't. There are 4 women voters in my household and I got that information from them. Something about advocating late term abortion vs a shot that was voluntary.
Unless the GOP candidate in Texas runs a campaign as monumentally bad as Clayton Williams once ran against Ann Richards, the GOP candidates often win statewide elections.
And now it is only one more RP to go

Sorry Ron P. is a RINO, he should be the Libertarian Party Candidate... He has about as much in common with mainstream GOP thought as a seaslug does with an Albatross.... maybe that is why I at least respect him even though I don't agree with him on everything....
Ron Paul would have to substantially change his current tune if he were to run as a Libertarian Party candidate - either that or the party would have some serious friction & probable splits.

CA, as much as I respect you, I still believe that you are still letting your misguided belief that Ron Paul's personal opinions on abortion, and his federalist stance on laws governing abortion, are somehow violations of his fundamental libertarian principles, get in the way of your objectively and honestly evaluating his worth as a candidate.
if Paul wants to pass laws that enforce his personal beliefs about abortion, then I will have an opinion on that.
particularly in light of reading some very interesting history he has with fundamentalist religious types.
this "devolving" to States having the rights was initially of interest to me, as I'm very much about keeping everything local - but, that does NOT appear to be the agenda here, and this agenda is well-documented on the web.
again, if he wants to pass laws that limit the rights to make personal decisions about individual bodies, on a case by case basis, then I'm going to not agree. ever.

Please vote. I know a lot of people here (probably all) would choose Ron Paul over both. But I am curious how ZH readers would compare the Grinch to Mittens. In my opinion Mittens is just as bad if not worse the the Grinch. While Gingrich is obviously corrupt, Mittens has so far done an excellent job of hiding his skeletons in the closet.
