Spanish Twitter Fury Now Focusing On.... Itself
On Thursday, it was all Merkel's fault when #StopMerkel took Spain by storm. Well, whatever it was that Merkel was supposed to stop doing now no longer seems to matter in the aftermath of the unprecedented Spanish bailout. And as a result the Spanish public's fury has shifted 180 degrees, and instead of blaming Germany, it now is accusing its own leaders of cowardice. Presenting #RajoyCobarde (or Rajoy Coward).
Bottom line: when in doubt, always blame someone else.

this could get ugly. the Eurogroup ar the FMs.
Rajoy has left his options open to say formal request (and options) will only come in june after reviewing options (and after seeing how Greek election goes)
Ms MErkel and German parliament going to have to sign off on this one.
The formal request has not been made, the PROCEDURE to make the request has been approved...
"... something's rotten in the state of denmark"
What? Denmark's in trouble too now? Nobody tells me anything.
Did they skip the part when a group of Spanish patriots disguised as Moroccans sneak aboard a German friegher in Algeciras and dump cases of Jagermiester into the harbor?
Do you mean Jaegermeister? Only Japanese tourists, buying coocoo clocks produced in China, and Spanish communists drink that stuff.
Did you mean cuckoo clocks?
Yes, I did. Thanks for correction.
I am the eggman...
Did you mean Eggcorn?

It's a tale of two rabbit holes.
-- Charles Dickens, bitchez
Thanks for the dose of Dickens. It reminds me that the today's debasement of language and writing is on par with the debasement of fiat.

And to think that Ray Bradbury just passed away, too.
R.I.P. Mr. Bradbury, for you shall be missed.
Just checking, hope the irony was not lost on you. ;-)

Did you mean cuckoo cocks? :>D
"Did they skip the part when a group of Spanish patriots disguised as Moroccans sneak aboard a German friegher in Algeciras and dump cases of Jagermiester into the harbor"
I believe you mean empty bottles of Jagermiester.
I screwed up frieghter too.. I should lay off the schnapps.
You get the drift.
:)
Don't you just love hearing or seeing what people think in real time. Makes you wonder what it would of been like in Hitlers time.
Could have been a completely different outcome to that issue.
Carry on Gentlemen, oh and Pretty little ladies as well, Good Day!
"Could have been a completely different outcome to that issue."
That is what I am counting on. It is the only hope we have left.
Why does Germany have to sign off on this one?
Because the German people will be footing the bill!
They had a meeting for a meeting to look into a situation that is persuant to another meeting, yep they are doing the usual europe logic.
I guess this runs along the lines of "He who smelt it, delt it."
My wife says its always my fault. So they can just blame me
She must be really hot.
One wonders what the Spanish military establishment is thinking? That Spanish 'defense' budget is probably looking pretty slim these days and generals don't like to see their toys taken away.
Well, taking into account that Spain does no longer has any operative submarines... http://www.elconfidencialdigital.com/defensa/075260/nunca-habia-pasado-espana-esta-en-estos-momentos-sin-ningun-submarino-operativo-el-unico-en-servicio-acaba-de-tener-un-accidente

With pending and inevitable massive pain to fall on Italy & Spain, agents of The Money Masters, such as Goldman & JP Morgan salivate at their chance to feed on that which will soon circle the drain.
Let's squeeze!
Dead Canary, FUUUNNNYYY. But who knows, maybe Denmark, Whole Damn Eurozone is going down.
Give you a +1
The Canaries belong to Spain.
furry with a shift lock!!
NoEsUnRescateEsUnSaqueo
It is no coincidence that the modern financial system was given a boost by the 18th and 19th century wars on the Iberian peninsula.
To Italy and beyond!!!
I was thinking about how terrible it must be to be in Spain right now, then I thought about being stuck in a Smart Car with Rachel Ray talking non-stop on a cross-country trip, and all of a sudden being in a country poised on the edge of economic annihilation didn't seem so bad.
I don't have a fucking clue what they're writing about because it's all in Spanish!
Meet the new bailout; same as the old bailout.
I put twitter through the translator and it looks like he's a coward because he's off to Poland to watch the football tomorrow instead of facing the consequences of bailing out the bankers again.
From Twitter:
"MARIANO SERA...#RajoyCobarde #RajoyCobarde #RajoyCobarde #RajoyCobarde #RajoyCobarde #RajoyCobarde ...PERO SE LO METIO A TODOS SIN VASELINA JODER"
Simple Spanish, No Translation Needed.
Crisis in Spain... boring.
Spain showed it was full of idiot, assholes when it went so long, not only on the fantasy of solar, but the fantasy that the Arabs would spare them if they agreed to suck the dicks of the Saudis. Fuck them, and may they die like the dick sucking, dishonorable servants of the House of Saud that they are.
Fuck Spain, and may God give them what the useless fucks voted for.
Greece is accustomed to be insulted by Germany and Lagarde.
Spain is a much bigger country with no history of being occupied,
so being the victim of a bailout is going to freak the Spaniards out.
both the people and the government.
And they government is going to start acting funny, and might
eventually take Gibraltar, if they lose their cool. unless the UK
gives them 100 billion at 1% interest.
My (very good) sources say between 92-94 percent of all Tweets on Twitter are the product of Botnets - calling into question virtually everything posted on that site.
Twitter is a Propaganda site - nothing more and nothing less. (And the mere fact that CNBC has embraced it so eagerly proves it beyond the shadow of a doubt.)
As good a place to post this as anywhere: Xinhua is under EXTREME virus attack tonight. Very, very bad to the Nth degree.
Their security people need to work all weekend to fix it.
"Spanish Twitter Fury"
Christ, modern life is rubbish.
I'm so uncontainably furious about this that I'll . . . I'll . . . I'll fiddle about with my phone for a minute. And if that doesn't work, I'm thinking very seriously about stamping my foot.
It's the new Spanish Armada: a bunch of tweeting twats.
I just saw the Spain vs Italy soccer match and Spain won. The King and Queen were dressed elegantly and there were 342,000 thousand single young men in attendance dressed like goofballs. Everything is OK and life is good?
