Tyler Durden's picture

This is what America has devolved to. Pretty much sums it up.

I doubt they are American babies.

Temporalist's picture

I think you're right.  These babies are standing; American babies need to be held up by the nanny state.

This soundtrack needs to be dubbed over every interview with every lying, fucking politician that comes on the idiot box (except of course Ron Paul who is telling the truth).

Last night Anderson Vanderbilt was interviewing Ron Paul with a scripted list of questions, and never once listened to one of Dr. Paul's well thought out and articulated answers.  It was like Dr. Paul was talking to one of these babies, it was that bad.  Here it is:

one needs to be in a blue diaper and one in a red so we know which party each belongs to.  other than that, spot on!

And did I hear that one baby say 'Kiss my ass bankers'?? Bravo kid!

A Nanny Moose's picture

Looks like one was demonstrating exactly where he was going to place his foot in said bankers.

Gotta love the interspersed laughter too.

Edit: Upon further review there seemed to be some discussion regarding the whereabouts of the missing sock having already administered the foot to said banker.

@101 years

Actually, if you look at their socks, one is red and the other blue. Perfect.

We'll see if it broadcasts on C-SPAN.

Congress's actions are right on que. Don't think for a minute, these specimens in congress have not though all this out ...a long time ago.

Their Handlers have shorted the market days ago. Making billions off the scared sheeple.

Welcome to the world order Slaverades!

Oompa Lompa on viagra got votes. He just has to ask his little friends the democrats to team up to screw the American people... they have not refused before... no way they will now.

That might be accurate if you where not Comparing Food Stamps To Tax Cuts For Millionairs.

Beam Me Up Scotty's picture

Ya,like the couple I saw at the grocery store a couple weeks ago using their EBT card to pay for groceries, and then going outside to get into their Escalade Suburban.

Fuck you.  Couples making $250k/year aren't millionaires, they aren't flying around in private jets, and they don't own 5 mansions all around the country.

RobertC's picture

Well, which one was it? An Escalade or Suburban?  The age of either would be telling, esp. if they had baby seats inside...

Beam Me Up Scotty's picture

The suburban sized Escalade.  Doesn't Cadillac call several vehicle types Escalade?

ImNotARobot's picture

Funny, I saw a woman still in her pajamas at the store pay for a cart full of food with an EBT card.  Then I saw her outside loading all of those groceries in a GMC Denali.  As far as I know, they go for about $50k.  I thought maybe it was an isolated incident (sarc), but I guess not.

So yeah, FUCK YOU fatalerr5.  Its bad when someone on food stamps drive the same kind of cars as a millionare.

Dangertime's picture

I think you mean, comparing Flat screen tv's, cellphones and Xbox's for the poor with stealing yet more money from people who were wise enough to save and invest properly.

Here is your definition of "poor" America.

flattrader's picture

They have these things for a time...AC for example...until they can't afford to pay the electric bill (and then house/apt. will of course still have AC even if you can't us it.  It doesn't get torn out if it's central AC.)

And let's remember that many are recently poor due to job loss.  It's more of a ratcheting down process.

Getting rid of your TV or kid's Xbox accomplishes what exactly?  Nothing. Once you can't pay the cable bill, you get disconnected.  The TV still works with an antenna and the Xbox can still play.  If you can't pay the electirc bill, it's a moot point.

Cell phones are cheap and getting cheaper...if all you need/want is something to make a call with, rather than surf the web with an expensive data plan, it makes more sense to have a cell and kill the home hard line.

The National Review article is sensationalist crap.  Ceiling fans?  Really?

I love it how they think a coffee maker is somehow a sign of "wealth."  I picked up a really nice one at a yard sale for $2 this weekend.  Yeah, I'm rollin' in it.

I hear some poor people even have a toaster.  Damn them.

Dangertime's picture

Every poor person I know *somehow* has the money to get a cellphone, a bottle of liquor, or a huge dvd collection with a widescreen tv.

They didn't have it to begin with, they purchased it *despite* being poor.

Why?  Because they waste money on depreciating items that you throw away after a few years instead of buying items that go up in value.

It is a mentality.

DOT's picture

I have been out of money several times in my life.

I have never been poor.

Life is good.

StychoKiller's picture

"Poor", is a state of mind!

84Hog's picture

Uncle Sugar makes it easy for "the poor" to enjoy a higher standard of living than what we consider poverty level.  Better to keep the sheep placated with AC, cell phones, satellite or cable tv, HDTV, etc than give them a reason to go find some pitchforks and torches.  Not that any American would know what to do with a pitchfork anymore.

HungrySeagull's picture

Let me caution you here.

We replaced our entire Heat/Cooling system.

It was started with a Wells Fargo Loan and work began and finished within two days.

We read that if the Loan Payment was missed one time, Wells Fargo reserves the right to have someone come in and REMOVE the units and go away leaving a gaping hole in one room and a hole in the pad outside. They would do it too.

We paid off the entire balance by the end of that second day.

The beauty of this replacement was no longer did we have to sink 400 dollars a month into a 34 year old POS electric AC system, we only pay about 40 dollars now, if that much in the high summer months for AC.

Shut the fuck up and take your mind numbing jingoism back to HuffPo or from whence it came.

Doyle Hargraves's picture

Yeah, you are right, it is a false equivalency. One guy, the one receiving the tax cut actually earned the money, the other is taking away from someone elses production to benefit themselves by the point of a gubmint gun at the productive person's head. Redistribtuion through force bitchez!

jmc8888's picture

Yep.  Anyone that wants to cut, or print, or tax, or any combination thereof instead of noticing ....oh fuck...we've been defrauded....and dealing with the debt like the fraud it exactly like the above.

Glass-Steagall, or you are an extremist doing the banksters bidding.  What is that? Simple (printing, cutting, or taxing, for fraudulent debt).  That means YOU: tea party, democrats, republicans.  All bankster bitchez.

All I know is that the one on the left had a mouth like a sailor.  His points were very prescient, but he could have been a much more effective debater without the potty mouth.

Well this applies

Al Swearengen: You can't cut the throat of every cocksucker whose character it would improve.

Mr. Wu: Bak Wai Lo Me... Cocksucka.
Al Swearengen: Yeah, glad I taught you that fuckin' word. These are whites, huh?
[Swearengen gestures back and forth to Wu's drawing]
Mr. Wu: HO! White COCKSUCKA!
[Wu produces a bag]
Al Swearengen: [Swearengen again motions back and forth to Wu and Wu's drawing] Two white cocksuckers killed him... and stole the dope he was bringin' to you!
Mr. Wu: White Cocksucka... YOU! SWIDGEN!
Al Swearengen: The dope you were gonna fuckin' sell to me?
Mr. Wu: White Cocksucka...
Al Swearengen: These two white cocksuckers? Who the fuck did it?
Mr. Wu: Wu...
Al Swearengen: [Swearengen is completely exasperated] Who, you ignorant fuckin' chink?
Mr. Wu: WU?
Al Swearengen: WHO? WHO? Who stole the fuckin' dope?
