Watch Mario Draghi's First Press Conference As Head Of Goldman-Am-Main

Tyler Durden's picture

Want to listen in on how Goldman's ex-employee MFs all of Europe? Here is your chance as Super Mario conducts his first ever press conference as head of the most undercapitalized central bank in the history of the world, better known as Goldman-am-Main.

Some observations from the Q&A:

  • Decision was unanimous;
  • "SMP is temporary" is answer to when monetization will end. So no answer
  • ECB is closely monitoring Greece

I wanted to be polite, at the very least.

That's why I added the "thanks" part.

Interesting that the only political question Draghi answered was to push the German/French view of what form the Greece referendum question should be, i.e. in this case as general as possible and related to remaining in the Eurozone instead of specifics like should Greece accept the latest EZ restructuring package.

And Mario is the refreshing douche!

A rather jovial group they are--all things considered. Mario is a puppet master.

I came in at "transparant communication", retched, and went back to the g-pap resignation thread.

Anybody who shorted SPY or QQQ since August 5th is still underwater.

Yesterday was their last shot at getting out.

that's a pretty bold prediction given the unknowns, having said that my bias is to the long side as these effers are going to rape and pillage to keep these markets afloat

You stay long Robo and let us know how that works out for you, M'kay?

Looks like a nice right-shoulder developing on the S&P...

Not if they took profits at the bottom and reinitiated higher up, idiot.

I usually give you an up arrow but your beloved ANF is getting slaughtered. XRT isn't enjoying the rally. Risk to reward is far better on the short side than the long here on XLK. Just get off stock charts with their stupid reinvested dividends and you will see that XLK is not really breaking out.

Yea..that's me. I'll let you know how it goes... For now I'm still strong in my SPXU shorts. Early S&P gains are fading....

Good thing my connection here at McD's is too piss poor to watch this POS.  His accent is greek to me anyway.

Besides, I'd rather check out all the old folk that come here to get their daily dose of fat, calories and caffiene.

Yes, ANF is getting destroyed, but other retailers like ARO and JWN had blowout numbers.

Retailers in general have been pretty much bulletproof for 3 years.

What's up with Estee Lauder?

A global run on makeup?

Hey, we had yet another -1250 TICK again today, that's 46 consecutive trading days in a row of -1000 or worse, a new NYSE record in "fear".

4 days in a row of -1250, still lots of panic out there.

That's the time to buy stocks.

I come from the UK, a naturally Eurosceptical nation if our politicians ever allowed us to have a referendum.

I don't often find myself agreeing with George W Bush but 'Cheese Eating Surrender Monkeys' pretty much sums up my feeling about the whole charade in Europe right now.

These are just a gang of communist criminals pretending to be legit in front of the cameras. Once again we must abolish the federal reserve and its non governmental collection agency the IRS and return the control of money to the congress where it belongs. What is going on is high treason!

"The path ahead is dangerous with many mushroom monsters and flying turtles in the way of collecting the gold coins that are just laying around. The potential for gains depends on the boxes with the question marks on them. Depending on the contents of said box, the potential is there to get a bouncing star. If we are able to get this bouncig star, theoutlook is very good for a high yield in collecting numerous gold coins before the end of the current level ends quarter 1-2."

If any German hadn't been buying gold before this ECB decision, you can be certain they will be now...

The euro will go the way of the lira, leaving Germans to fend for themselves without any Deutschmark safe haven.

I'm sure the Vatican won't mind.
