Unemployment is in the blood of US petrodollar system. The issue is systematic. Requires systematic solutions not just another temp bill:

balance of budget: restore confidence by balancing the budget
balance of trade: buy foreign reserves to prevent cheating in global trade(artificially low FX rates to enslave their own populace while remaining popular as jobs provider)
restore buy america: nationalism is needed by consumers to spend their dollars in US produced goods

Politicians have to choose between financial sector vs main street goods producing sector.

Doctors say half of health issues and costs would go away if Americans were less fat. Cut budget deficit by witholding government provided health services to those who are too fat. However, blacks are so much more frequently on welfare than whites that if you look at the numbers, you see vastly MORE blacks on welfare than their 12% share of population. In fact, like half the blacks in the country are on some form of state assistance.

I don't understand SO much. I don't understand why cops and teachers jobs, are sacred, and must be saved. Or, why we have "progessive" tax rates, shouldn't everyone pay the same percentage of wages? Or, why 47% of wage earners pay $0 income tax, and in fact, many get a check. Or, why the Pentagon pays $800 for a toilet seat?
