  • *DRAGHI SAYS ECB HAS OPEN MIND ON NEGATIVE DEPOSIT RATE
  • *DRAGHI SAYS WILL COPE WITH NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES IF WE ACT

This has crashed EURUSD and smashed German 2Y rates into negative territory.
