Senator Rand Paul, one of the very few voices of reason (and voices for the actual Constitution for that matter), dresses down Secretary of State John "Get off My Yacht" Kerry on Syria and the Constitution.
Senator Paul simply tries to make sure that the Executive Branch abides by the decision of Congress on whether or not to attack Syria. He even brings up Madison's writings in the Federalist Papers (which Kerry jotted down to go google later). Kerry spits out the normal talking points of Classified, Hezbollah, Iran, etc etc.
Notice Kerry makes very little eye contact with Senator Paul. Maybe he was embarassed by the fact that he was taking cute pictures with Assad a few years ago and now he has to about face.
