As we reported moments ago [2], Greek Kathimerini caught the world's attention when it reported that "Banks already requesting ELA," an article we transcribed in an earlier post [2]. And yet, a mere click on the story's URL [3]after the article had been noticed by the major wire services, reveals something disturbing:
Since we can only assume this is due to a technical glitch, and does not involve the censorship of critical information about the Greek banking system, information that has huge consequences for the Greek population, which some unelected bureaucrat decided was too subversive and too truthy, and made a very angry if persuasive phone call to the editors of Kathimerini, we represent the article in its entirety again for anyone who may have missed it.
