Yesterday we showed a dramatic, terrifying for those who were in it, video [2]which captured the moment the Mt. Everest base camp was burried in an avalanche following this weekend's historic Nepal earthquake. While perhaps less dramatic, the video released moments ago reveals a "drone's eye view" of devastated Kathmandu, and other regions of Nepal,following an earthquake which has so far claimed nearly 4,000 casualties and at this rate may be the most destructive tremor in the history of the poor Himalayan country.
