Turns out, all the files were up at SDNY- that revelation took weeks to come to light. Then she "demanded" SDNY give them to her. Why demand? WTF? That office LITERALLY WORKS FOR YOU. So, anyway, a few more weeks and SDNY was like "Here you go, Pam! This Plutonium is now all yours to deal with!" And then it sat for months and months until Congress demanded the release of all files. That started out as hundreds of thousands(!) but then they suddenly "discovered" it was well over a million. Just discovered it??
Fuck this bitch. She's the fucking Jim Comey of the 2nd Trump administration.
Oh, forgot to mention something. There is a way you can avoid this problem without having to lose all your phyzz in a tragic boating accident.
You can use a Private Trust Company to hold your securities instead of a brokerage house. They operate under different rules and you retain clear ownership of the shares inside that trust.
All of this was purely an accident. An oversight when they set the system up. Definitely unintentional.
There's no way they were smart enough to intentionally leave a back door they could use to just take everyone's money if they needed it to save themselves. Surely not!
There's a damned good reason this arrangement hasn't been touched or updated for nearly 100 years. They WANT the ownership to be flawed, and flawed is how it will stay.
