Artist, writer, house builder and geek. I'm a senior citizen now but still like and participate in the same stuff I did as a kid , namely, everything I possibly could. Followed in my Dad's footsteps in one respect : been most places and done most things, from Arctic fisherman to Brazilian ranch hand. From near-hippy dropout to PR hack (to my eternal shame). Right now I'm mostly interested in dissecting the unraveling of so-called Civilization As We Know It, and perhaps contributing to some of us managing a softer landing than the one at the bottom of that inevitable 6 ft hole.
