I'm a private small investor who has gotten burned by investing in an ETF that goes down when the market goes up. So the markets have inexplicably continued to go up like a rocket since the beginning of Jan and this makes no sense at all.
I can't figure out and I'm wondering when the markets will finally go down when there is bad news, instead of just shrugging it off and climbing higher.
