late 1980's Founder laser on chip manufacturing of sporting, military and commercial, retail industries - merged with LED / Laser Manufacturer, spun and sold to Publicly traded co in 1998.

Pioneer of triple play FTTH:
1. 2000 Founder Passive Optical Component Hi Tech Manufacturing for Fiber Optic Industry.

2. 2002 Founder Active Component Hi Tech Man. Fiber Optic Industry.

Offshore manufacturing and technology transfer Taiwan, China and Thailand.

M&A'd expanded and spun and sold to Taiwan manufacturer, IPO on TWSE 2006

M&A'd publicly traded companies divisions, worked with hedge fund investors, equity investors, private investors.

2002 Founder Nano manufacturing specializing in nano structures securing DARPA funding and commercial applications used worldwide throughout material manufacturing and applications as well as medical device nano applications.

Used custom built and patented laser delivered nano tech equipment acquired in BK sale of highly leveraged optical company in 2002.

Sold to publicly traded America Conglomerate 2006 (you know their name!).

LOVE to consult small to medium businesses on M&A, sale, expansion and investment portfolio (I love THE GAME!).

Fund manager of family trust <100Euro but still a bit of a novice.
