Biography

Ken Frost MA FCA FIPFM is an executive Director at Phoenix Commercial Ventures Ltd (http://www.pcvltd.com), an international venture capital firm. He is an executive Director of Hana Electronics DPRK (North Korea) based company. He was an executive Director at Daedong Credit Bank, a joint venture retail bank in DPRK and Sinji JVC. Over 20 years international accounting/auditing experience in KPMG, Philips Electronics and De Beers including setting up country audit committees in the Nordic region, performing/managing reviews that identify risk/control gaps, providing recommendations for mitigation of the risks/control gaps, and general improvement of the business across various industries. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (FCA). November 2006 was awarded an honorary fellowship in the Institute of Professional Financial Managers.
