Former US State Department Economic officer...have helped a number of countries make it to the heights of a developed market economy, and seen others collapse (some we actually wanted to....). And I do know how the Feds, the UN and the IMF react to economic emergencies. Nonetheless, Wall Street still styles itself as smarter....
