Biography

Wife, mother and grandmother. Lives in rural NH. Know enough to provide food, water and shelter for my family as in knows how to do most skills found in the Foxfire series, listened to Depression-era living stories from grandparents. Didn't know anything about the world of finance and money......I have been one of the sheep.....sigh. Started with reading news about Greece, and eventually stumbled across Zerohedge, et al. Don't understand a lot of what you all write about when it gets technical re: the stocks.....but I am learning. I particularly enjoy reading the comments, some of them are a hoot. When this crisis all started with AIG and Lehman I said to my father that, this will change the way folks live for a generation or two, that there isn't enough real money in the world to pay all that is owed. I said that from a gut instinct, not understanding it like you folks do: had no idea what leverage and derivatives were. My prescient understandings are how sick people are, and how they'll get sicker or better. Empathy, not financial savvy, is my strong suit. Anyway, please sign me on. Thank you.
