59 yo Managing Director in Merrill Lynch Private Banking Group. Manage $4 billion for Silicon Valley "names." Spent 18 years at Goldman Sachs in San Francisco before walking across California Street on November 17, 2000 to join the Thundering Herd. It has been a most rewarding move. Long-term "paid up subscriber" to Grant's Interest Rate Observer and The High-Tech Strategist, among other "skeptical" market commentators. And I mean "long term!" Largest investments by far are in unique real estate and gold. "Irreproducibility" is my chief investment criteria; something not shared by the "faith based" fiat currencies of the G-7!
