Commodity Watch
I figured we should have a forum devoted to commodities and what looks poised for big gains. With the dollar strength, I feel like there are some bargains out there.
I, like some others, feel the grains will be a winner in 2010. Soybeans and corn especially, possibly wheat.
I'm thinking soybeans at the 920 level, corn at the 340 level, and wheat around the 470 level will be good, low risk buys.
I think gold will be a good little trade at 1105. It has been trading in the 1105-1132 range
What worries me is the Chinese real estate bubble and how that may impact commodities from a demand standpoint. However, less arable land and high interest rates for loans to buy fertilizer are potentially big stories in the commodity bull market.
